Post my last two firms I worked with, more than the time, my mental bandwidth was so cooked, I grew out of shape beyond measure. I went back to the sports I played so well earlier from this month and my stamina + shape looked, for the lack of better word, embarrassing.

Not many worse feelings than seeing yourself fit out of clothes you looked so good in. Anyway good thing about time is it always knocks sense into you - and my current self that’s pushing hard to not skip a meal/workout makes me feel better than any work achievement did.

On a total side note - F1 and IPL have the worst jerseys all ruined by brands. So glad that football and NBA have been able to maintain their jerseys clean and still retaining the identity of the team.

Talked to my IIMA friend and he told me he does not want his kids to go to IIT or IIM. In fact he is happy if they actively don’t want to do IITIIM and have fun in life instead. I suppose that is the real self actualisation end goal of going to IITIIM.
