It was a great morning to have a great morning! 🤍
Many thanks to the incomparable, @sboucek, for an inspirational keynote filled with 🌟 amazing nuggets of wisdom & comic relief #iaspa2026 #ILHRLeaders
When you get to keynote at one of your favorite conferences of the year … when my new F3 swag is met with the @_IASPA_ best swag! Thank you - it was a super fun morning!
Been a hot second, but you know I don’t miss a good ole pension bill on the move. Stay tuned. SB 1937 has started the climb.
@SouthwestAir you are simply amazing! I’m so thankful to your MDW based baggage services crew and the gate agents on B7 who rescued my laptop from the back of the seat and Omar who literally went through security up to B7 to grab it so I can make my work meeting tonight! 🙌🏻
I spy @dshanejones! Go @krihabouceklaw!
Waiting for a board meeting to start, absolutely love being in a middle school hallway full of student’s hard work and educator’s presence…but this one hit a cord. Read it once … then read it again.
My back to school theme this year for the schools I have been so blessed to keynote is this - create fun, inspire fun, have fun, love fun & never stop having fun. When kids are having fun, when teachers and staff are having fun - learning and academic success will follow. 🍎

Crazy day in the Boucek household! Senior Year starts today for @ainsleyboucek! Who feels old? 🙋🏻♀️ PK3-12, my Mom 🩷, been crying since 5:30 am.
It was super fun! Thank you for having me @LLeQuatte and ROE 21!

This next year is going to be a year of conquering fears, in DC for less than 24 hours to give a women in leadership speech - one I have not quite managed is eating at nice restaurants by myself … took a recommendation and here we are.
Such a big girl doing hard things 🙂
Ready to feel old tonight?
BTS @ainsleyboucek SENIOR pictures today! #classof2025
Love finishing a great negotiations with the team at @LakeBluffSD65 … teamwork makes the dream work, from Board, to Union to Administration. High 5s to all!
Happy Birthday to our Jack B. … and Senate Bill 315! Hard to believe both Jack and PERA are 15 years old! Next up … driving. #everyoneneedsaJack
Free non-legal advice: the strength of a team is not skill, it’s the relationship and trust of the team that drives results. Without it, skill will do very little. Xoxo, Sara
Just keep swimming and being awesome! Thank you to all our Pk-12 educators, board members, parents, stakeholders and more for being awesome!
This was super fun! Thank you for having me - everyone was amazing, especially the front row!
Great to have @sboucek at St Joseph CCSD 169 today to unpack the invisible backpack.
We laughed & we cried, but we grew together as a staff.
