I don’t get the insistence on prioritising handwashing & hand sanitisers as preventive measures for covid. Yes of course these are essential infection control measures against loads of germs but you gotta talk about measures against airborne transmission when you say prevention.

I’ve had to do plenty of IT security compliance training and it’s universally bad. The problem is that the product’s main goal is to show that everyone did it – so the focus is on reporting dashboards, increasing engagement, range of languages, and cost – not quality. 1/2
