Another step in the right direction. Mater Health has repealed COVID vaccine mandates.
I’m hearing that Ramsey and Healthscope have lifted their mandates as well. If that could be confirmed I would appreciate it.
Congratulations to all those Health workers who held the line. Your courage in standing up to the government overreach is to be commended.

The most important press freedom case in the world will be decided *this week.*
This journalist has been in a London prison for almost five years for exposing state criminality.
If the UK sends to the country he exposed he will die in a US prison cell.
This week the UK will decide. It’s now or never. Defend Assange. His life and the future of journalism depend on it.

“Vaccine maker Pfizer paid just $29 million in local tax on its $1.4 billion of sales in Australia during the pandemic, raising political questions about the adequacy of the pharmaceutical giant’s tax payments.
Queensland Liberal National Party senator Gerard Rennick has referred Pfizer’s tax records to federal Treasurer Jim Chalmers and requested the Australian Taxation Office review Pfizer’s transfer pricing arrangements with its global affiliates.”
Pfizer and other big Multinationals should pay their fair share of tax. Shifting Australian profits offshore needs to stop.

This is treason. The people voted No. No means no.
You can’t slice and dice a result to suit your argument.
Albanese is betraying the Australian people if he pulls this stunt.
“The Albanese government will consider pushing ahead with local and regional voices after the resounding defeat of the referendum on a national voice, as Indigenous leaders say the high Yes vote in remote communities means there is a clear mandate for the advisory bodies.”

We now know that @Pfizer, health officials and world leaders lied to us when they said that Covid vaccines are safe and effective. The vaccine purchase agreements that Pfizer signed with governments say that that effectiveness and safety of the vaccines are unknown. What a scam.

The Time is Now
All Australians, Left/Centre/Right
Please Like and share if you agree.
Today I write this post, not as a representative of any political ideology, but as a fellow Australian and I’m deeply concerned about the direction our government is taking. I urge you to set aside your political biases for a moment and consider an issue that affects us all: the erosion of our democratic freedoms.
Across all political spectrums whether, you lean left, centre, or right, there is a shared belief in the sanctity of free speech, open debate, and the ability to voice dissenting opinions without fear of retribution. These are the cornerstones of our democratic society, yet they are under threat.
The government's push for a Misinformation/Disinformation Bill, purportedly to combat 'fake news', poses serious risks to these freedoms. Added with a new partnership with tech giant Microsoft under the banner of 'Cyber Security,' these moves have the potential to suppress dissent and control the narrative on issues of national importance.
This is not a hypothetical concern. We've seen similar policies wreak havoc in other democratic nations like the USA, Canada, the UK, France, and much of Europe. Legislation introduced under the guise of security and accuracy has been weaponised to quash dissent, silence anyone of alternate opinions, and control information flow.
This has been glaringly evident in how the COVID-19 narrative has been managed. A climate of fear and urgency has led to hasty decisions and suppression of alternative viewpoints, even those backed by scientific evidence. Under the guise of public safety, we've witnessed the curtailment of freedoms that we once took for granted.
We've also seen how emotive issues like 'The Voice to Parliament Referendum' and the Trans children debate have been used as platforms to introduce these sweeping measures. These are important issues that deserve our attention, but they should not be exploited as a cover for eroding our basic rights.
So, regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, it's time to stand united on this issue. If we yield our freedoms in the face of fear or supposed security, we risk losing the very essence of our democracy.
If we do nothing, if we remain silent, then we are complicit in the erosion of our freedoms. Speak to your local MPs, raise awareness within your community, and most importantly, do not forfeit your right to think critically and question the world around you.
We have a collective responsibility to uphold the principles that have made Australia the free, fair, and democratic nation it is. Our shared values transcend political lines, and it is only by coming together that we can preserve the freedoms we hold dear.
Please, let's not be complacent. The cost of inaction is too high, and the future of our democracy is too precious to squander.
