The 1st #NWS case in a Horse 🐴 = confirmed on September 9 = is Active in Texas 🇺🇸 = All 🐴 owners in both the “Infested Zone” & “Surveillance Zone” need to be aware. @TAHC @USDA
On September 9, the infested zone was established in Presidio County due to a NWS detection in a horse. The zone covers portions of Jeff Davis and Presidio Counties.
