This CMV was stopped in @TownOfMiltonON today after it was observed that the driver forgot to secure the rear door, causing an insecure load.
Upon inspection, multiple loose bearing retainer strap bolts were found on the driveshaft yoke ends.
Truck placed out of service #OOS
Yesterday we stopped this BMW in Burlington. Tint far too dark on side windows, and windshield coated. Vehicle also not insured.
Plates removed from the vehicle and driver requested their own tow truck.
The tow that showed up installed these bald dolly tires…. #OOS.
No fines will be enough!

A commercial truck driver drove the wrong way on the Trans-Canada Highway for almost 7 kilometres.

52-year-old male driver.
Initially arrested for dangerous operation.
Released with tickets.
