Nature's Spell has thousands of TikTok videos posted about them every week. The crazy part is almost all of the revenue comes from about 30 people. πŸ‘‡

Busy week. The run up to pay day sales + bank holiday + Q4 prep. June-August has a history of being slower months for this brand, so we overloaded creative testing and unlocked new angles & formats. Overall it has been an insane summer with sales, we even unlocked retail. Now just making sure the ad account is still in a good spot for when Q4 comes round. Volume ⬆️ iterations of winners ⬆️

Worth saying this doesn't mean you stop sampling new people once you've found your 30-40. People will come and go and you always need to be looking for new value.

10/ Which is probably why the top 30 don't get treated like an affiliate list, they get treated like people. Dinners, office visits, previewing new products before anyone else sees them. You should know their names, you should know what house they just bought.

11/ Basically past a certain point, TikTok Shop stops being a volume game and turns into a power law game. The brands winning aren't sending the most samples. They're the ones who actually know their best 30 people.

I switched from editing youtube videos to working in ecom a while back. Here's some of the big differences I've noticed πŸ‘‡

2. Commission on winning ads is a very common. Land a winner and it's not just a flat fee, it can add thousands a month on top of your income. An ad rev split was always nice working in youtube, but far less common.

3. The work environment is way more professional in ecom, it's not always a bad thing though. The structure's actually been good for my mindset. Working close with content creators was always elite though!
