I'm trying to calculate my "fair share" of taxes, according to Kamala Harris, and I need some help. For example, during my adult life I have paid about ten times as much taxes as the average citizen, and I consume relatively little in public services. How much does Harris want to cut my taxes while raising taxes on the middle class to make it fair? Or we could look at the raw dollar amount of taxes paid without regard to individual consumption. Here again, I'm in for a big tax cut to achieve fairness. Or we could factor in hours worked, so the people who work the hardest are incentivized. That seems fair. Again, I'm in for a juicy tax break under the fairness plan. It also seems to me that Democrats are the reason for the massive migrant expenses of late. I will accept reparations from Democrats for whatever that cost me. Or we could go by percentages. If you add up my federal taxes, my California state taxes, my property taxes, and my sales taxes, my tax rate is around 60%. I look forward to reducing that to get me some fairness. Or we could tax the unrealized gains of the assets I accumulated over my lifetime, also known as theft, in which case I will move to El Salvador. For fairness.
