I wish to express my concern over being publicly labeled and accused without proper consideration of the complete facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Being called a “STALKER” is a serious and damaging accusation that should never be made lightly or based solely on assumptions, hearsay or one-sided accounts. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and no one should be subjected to public condemnation without first establishing the TRUTH. Regarding the incident being circulated, I understand that certain actions or remarks may have been perceived differently from what was intended. If anyone felt uncomfortable or offended, I sincerely regret that the situation resulted in such feelings. I have already expressed my apology in the interest of maintaining respect and understanding. However, such an apology should not be misconstrued as an admission of stalking, unlawful conduct, or any other allegation being attributed to me. I am willing to address LEGITIMATE concerns and clarify any misunderstanding. Nevertheless, there is a clear distinction between raising legitimate concerns and subjecting someone to PUBLIC HUMILIATION, HARASSMENT OR DAMAGING ACCUSATIONS. The right to express one’s opinion must likewise be exercised with responsibility and respect for the rights and reputation of others. I therefore reserve all rights and legal remedies available to me under Philippine law against individuals who may unlawfully publish, circulate, or disseminate my photographs, videos or personal information or make defamatory statements concerning me. I will not hesitate to pursue appropriate remedies through proper legal channels should circumstances warrant. I have no intention of prolonging this controversy. I simply ask that people refrain from spreading unverified allegations and making conclusions without knowing the complete circumstances.
