Requests 2FA be enabled before being able to run ads.
Switch it on... blocks access. Unable to generate 2FA code because my device hasn't been used enough.

I've setup a business page on Facebook/Meta, brand new, no policy violations etc so squeaky clean, but I can't run ad campaigns.
I just get a message saying that the account has been restricted.
Ideas?
Update! I’ve found a solution.
Turns out my personal ad account was being blocked permanently. Seemingly for no reason whatsoever.
Solution = I’ve added my wife as a business admin. She’s been able to create a business portfolio which was accepted and now verified 🙌🏻
