Meet Musa, one of our awesome Customer Success Engineers!
Musa is a self-taught full-stack developer and experienced server manager based in Turkey who specializes in web development. His interest in computers started in childhood, when he tinkered with software and hardware. What started as a hobby eventually became Musa’s career. Musa is also interested in exploring and experiencing new technologies, especially those related to AI. Before joining SerpApi, Musa worked as a Customer Representative at Erişim Müşteri Hizmetleri. Alongside helping people, he had the opportunity to improve the internal systems his team used.
When Musa learned about the Customer Success Engineer role at SerpApi, he knew that it was the role for him. He really enjoys both the technical side of the role and interaction with people. Musa especially likes SerpApi because he can explore and work on different topics. Also, he really likes how SerpApi values trust and transparency. That kind of culture makes his role even more motivating for him.
When he’s not working, Musa likes going to the gym, spending time in nature, and exploring new places.

What a great turnout at PyCon South Africa 2026! 🐍
We were happy to support this year's conference as a Patron and Bus Factor Sponsor, helping make attendance more accessible to members of the Python community.
More than 10 attendees received travel grants and attendance assistance, with several going on to share their knowledge as speakers and volunteers.

A 95% submission rate made the Kochi edition our strongest Startup Weekend yet on that metric, but the number we’ll remember isn’t just 77.
It’s what those 77 builds represented.
We'll remember first-time builders taking ideas seriously and students building through 20 hours straight.
We'll remember agentic builds, voice-first and WhatsApp-first products, native language (Malayalam) focus, and deeply local problems meeting global ambition.
We'll also remember that 86% of teams built from scratch and 75% said they’re now likely to start up.
That’s the kind of momentum we came to Kochi hoping to create. But none of it happens without an ecosystem willing to show up around builders.
So here's a HUGE shoutout to our people. 🙏
