One of the most special aspects of @IncedoInc is how naturally and beautifully work and life come together. Incedo is truly an extended family, and I could not think of a better reflection of this than our recent gatherings in #NewJersey and the #BayArea. Over the past few weeks, we came together for CEO Town Halls and Open Houses, #Diwali celebrations, and recognition of colleagues for their exceptional contributions and work anniversaries. It was wonderful to connect, celebrate our collective achievements, and strengthen the bonds that make Incedo special. What made these gatherings particularly meaningful for me was the richness of our conversations. We moved seamlessly from business and technology to deeper, more philosophical reflections on change, growth, and the future we are collectively shaping. We are living through an extraordinary inflection point. The #AIAge is unfolding before us with incredible speed, disrupting established models while opening up possibilities we could scarcely have imagined. I feel deeply grateful that at Incedo, we have the opportunity not just to participate in this transformation, but in our own way, to help shape it alongside our clients, partners, and colleagues. A few reflections stood out from our conversations: Transformation begins with ourselves. Just as a caterpillar must transform to become a butterfly, we must be willing to step beyond our comfort zones, challenge established ways of thinking, and continuously reinvent ourselves. The world around us is changing rapidly, and so must we. The real promise of AI lies in value creation. Adopting AI is only the starting point. The real opportunity is to fundamentally reimagine workflows, operating models, and how businesses deliver outcomes. This is the thinking behind Incedo 4.0, as we build an AI-native, platform-led, outcome-driven organization. Our #HumanEdge will matter more than ever. As AI takes over more routine tasks, our differentiation will increasingly come from curiosity, creativity, judgment, adaptability, and the ability to solve complex problems and build trusted relationships. Ultimately, it is not tenure or activity, but the impact we create that will define our growth. Success requires both hunger and humility. We have much to celebrate, but past success is never a guarantee of future success. We must continue to learn, innovate, support one another, and raise the bar. Every individual has the opportunity to contribute beyond their immediate role, and it is these contributions coming together that create extraordinary outcomes. As we celebrated Diwali, the festival of lights, I was reminded once again that our greatest strength lies not just in our technology or capabilities, but in our people, our shared values, and the spirit of togetherness. The future is not something to fear or simply wait for. The future is something we create. Together. Upwards and Onwards Together!

Attending the iconic #JaipurLitFestival earlier this year in #Jaipur was quite an experience. The sheer scale, energy and vibrancy elevate it beyond a book festival to a true celebration of life! So, it was with considerable curiosity and excitement that I joined the #JLF events in #NewYork and #Houston last week. And they did not disappoint! In New York, I participated in a panel discussion on "AI: An Era of Co-Intelligence" with an eclectic group of speakers: Silicon Valley entrepreneur Vinita Gupta and NYU professor Meredith Broussard, moderated by author and consultant @roopaonline. In Houston, I had an engaging fireside chat on "Human Edge in the AI Age" with entrepreneur Rakesh Agrawal, exploring the key themes from my latest book. What stood out for me was the depth of the conversations and the discerning audiences. We went well beyond the typical discussions on AI from a technology or business perspective, exploring its profound philosophical, ethical and societal implications. It further reinforced a belief I strongly hold: the more AI advances, the more important the conversation becomes about us, the humans! AI presents extraordinary opportunities, but also severe threats and disruptions. However, the future is not predetermined. We have the opportunity, individually and collectively, to proactively shape it towards a more abundant, happier and equitable world. I firmly believe that AI, if harnessed well, can become a catalyst for the next stage of human evolution, helping us unlock new levels of our potential. But this will require us to dig deeper into what makes us uniquely human, rediscover our innate strengths, and strengthen our connections with ourselves and with each other. Ultimately, the AI Age must not just be about making machines more intelligent, but about enabling humans to become better versions of ourselves! 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮. 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗼, 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲. It is always special to be back in India. Every visit reminds me why my roots continue to energise me. 🇮🇳 I have just wrapped up two and a half weeks travelling across the country, and there was a beautiful yin and yang to it. India generates an intensity like nowhere else: building and reflecting, technology and humanity, all in the same day. On one hand, client workshops, building our AI products and the inauguration of our AI Labs. On the other, deeply human conversations about books, ideas, and the future we are shaping together. Some moments I will carry with me: 🤖 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗜 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱. An important step towards an AI-native Incedo. These dedicated spaces for experimentation and learning will enable every colleague to contribute to building Incedo 4.0. In a world racing towards AI, the discipline of deep reading, thinking, and reflection matters more than ever. 🤝 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Sharing key themes from our discussion: 🔹 India's biggest AI opportunity may not lie in competing head-on with the US and China on foundation models. It lies at the application layer: affordable, trusted applications built on the digital public infrastructure we have already created at population scale. 🔹 Akhil made a powerful point: solutions built for India's scale and diversity can serve the entire Global South. 🔹 Sankrant pushed us beyond the metros.
