2/2 told us what they will pay and we replied and we asked a question via email. They haven’t responded and then ring but as the wife is in and out of hospital, rings back and has to wait 15 mins for an answer twice. Shocking experience apart from @enterprise who have been great

Wife had a no fault accident 2 weeks ago and the car was insured with @HastingsDirect who outsourced any claims discussions with @Nationwide_hire. They were rude, antagonistic and raised the hire car incorrectly with @enterprise who have been absolutely brilliant. Nationwide 1/2

📢 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: It is with deep sadness that I share the news of Severn FM’s closure after nearly 13 years of dedicated service. Despite our tireless efforts, we find ourselves unable to continue due to the costs and time. 1 of 2.
Great to be hosting the @thephobicflyer and @clarkerz with his livestream tomorrow (Sat 15th July) due to the poor weather forecast at @GlosAirport. On YouTube: youtube.com/live/Vwe1QwIlUFM and live on Severn FM: ui.la/mob From 11:15L
