We’ve become frustrated,angry society coz of multiple reasons,it reflects in r entertainment.R movies glorify aggression,r dramas revolve around saas-bahu conflict,increasingly overt PDA presented as normal.Wat we see on screen is in many ways reflection of our collective mindset
State of affairs is truly alarming. A stray bullet fell inches away from a close relative while he was sitting in his veranda in Hayatabad,supposedly one of the poshest areas of Peshawar. If we are not safe even in our own homes,where r we supposed to be safe?

Every single word written in the paper rips your heart. A daughter having her last breakfast with her father. An only son born after 21 years never coming back. Three brothers losing their lives together. A teacher losing her mental balance after the incident. You could feel the pain. What must the parents be going through?

Children died in the most dreadful way; the flowers plucked before they even blossomed. This is painful beyond measure.
And like always their will be no one to blame. The bereaved families would be consoled by saying, “It was the will of God.”

when KP’s mandate is crushed and emergency rule imposed,silence is not neutrality it is surrender to domination.A Prof must stand with the people,not merely appeal to those who rule over them.Education that ignores political oppression teaches submission, not liberation.
I stand with the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and with democracy, and nothing in my request changes that. I appealed to the Governor as an educationist because our children's education cannot wait for any political settlement. Whoever holds office, I will keep asking them to fund our schools and universities, and I will keep asking the same of every other office-holder.
