Rialo just opened up its Playground, and early users are already stacking points.
Here’s how to get started:
• Go to playground.rialo.io
• Sign in with your email
• Your wallet is created automatically
• Claim 5 $RIALO every hour from the faucet
• Connect Discord (use your main account)
• Connect GitHub
• Claim all available points
What you get:
• 20 retroactive points for basic setup
• 200+ points were mainly distributed to early contributors and active community members
Current state:

Still worth it.
Early users usually capture the most value before rewards fully go live.
What if financial agreements could work without constant human intervention?
That’s where @RialoHQ brings an interesting perspective with Onchain Logic.
By turning agreements into programmable rules, financial actions can be triggered directly onchain once the required conditions are satisfied.
Imagine payments being released automatically, loans settling according to agreed terms, and financial obligations handled without unnecessary delays.
The bigger idea is simple: make financial agreements more reliable, efficient, and easier to execute.
This is how blockchain can move beyond transactions and become useful infrastructure for real-world finance.
Get Real. Get Rialo.

Why Web3 Needs Privacy Preserving Computation
What if blockchain technology could preserve its fundamental transparency while allowing users to keep sensitive information private? This question represents one of the most important challenges in the evolution of Web3. Traditional blockchain networks are designed around public verifiability, where transactions and on chain activities can be inspected by participants. Although this transparency strengthens accountability and trust, it can also expose sensitive information, creating limitations for applications that require confidentiality. As decentralized ecosystems expand into DeFi, gaming, digital identity, and tokenized assets, the need for privacy preserving infrastructure becomes increasingly significant.
Privacy Preserving Computation offers a potential solution by enabling applications to process information without unnecessarily exposing its underlying contents. One of the most promising technologies in this field is Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). Unlike conventional encryption systems, which generally require data to be decrypted before computation, FHE allows mathematical operations to be performed directly on encrypted information.
The resulting output remains encrypted until an authorized party decrypts it. This capability introduces a fundamentally different approach to handling information in decentralized environments, where computational functionality and data confidentiality can coexist.
For Web3, this technology could have important implications. Smart contracts could process encrypted inputs, NFT ecosystems could support confidential attributes, gaming applications could introduce private interactions, and decentralized financial systems could explore more privacy focused operations.
It also creates opportunities for protecting sensitive digital identity information while maintaining the advantages of programmable blockchain infrastructure. Rather than treating privacy as an additional feature, encrypted computation makes it possible to consider confidentiality as an important part of application architecture.
This is where projects exploring FHE technology, including Fungo Labs and its work with Zama's encryption ecosystem, become particularly interesting. By exploring encrypted NFTs and privacy preserving functionality, @fun represents an emerging direction in which digital ownership and computation can move beyond conventional transparent models. The broader objective is not to eliminate blockchain transparency, but to introduce greater flexibility over what information is exposed, how it is processed, and who can access it.
Ultimately, the future of Web3 will require a more thoughtful balance between transparency, security, functionality, and user privacy. Privacy
preserving computation could become an important foundation for achieving that balance, allowing decentralized applications to become more sophisticated without making complete information exposure a requirement for participation.
The next evolution of Web3 may not be about revealing more data, but about making encrypted data useful without compromising privacy.

Congr. to all those who made in Top 20 QMS leaderboard on discord.
And thanks to team QMS too.
@QMSNetwork
Thanks for flagging this early because it saves a lot of debugging time for anyone building on QMS Testnet right now. I had assumed safe and finalized would behave the way they do on other networks, so knowing they currently point back to genesis changes how I will structure polling, indexing, and confirmation logic. If a script waits for finalized to advance, it will either hang forever or keep reading old state while thinking it is reading settled state, which is a dangerous combination for wallets, bridges, explorers, and any automation that assumes finality means safety. For now, using explicit block confirmations is the practical workaround, and it gives a tradeoff between speed and confidence without depending on a finality layer that is not active yet. I will update helpers to accept a confirmation count, log the latest head, and avoid treating safe or finalized as a signal for settlement, display, or irreversible actions. It also helps to add a guard that warns if finalized equals genesis, so future developers notice the quirk instead of chasing phantom bugs. I appreciate you sharing the docs link too, since having the note makes it easier to justify the temporary approach to teammates and reviewers. I will keep an eye out for the announcement when finality is enabled, then retest safe and finalized before switching back, and I will make sure any migration is easy to roll back if behavior changes again. @QMSNetwork
Building real world blockchain applications is still more complicated than it should be.
Developers often depend on separate oracles, APIs, automation bots, bridges, and privacy tools. Each adds complexity and potential failure points.
Rialo is exploring a different approach by bringing essential capabilities closer to the protocol.
🔹 Native Web Connectivity
🔹 Reactive Transactions
🔹 Asynchronous Workflows
🔹 Confidential Computation through REX
🔹 Native Interoperability
The goal is simple: less middleware, fewer dependencies, and more powerful applications.
Blockchain shouldn't just process transactions. It should interact with the real world.
That's the infrastructure vision behind @RialoHQ

A resilient network should not rely on individual nodes.
optimum combines decentralized data distribution, mump2p, and RLNC to enhance data dissemination and recovery even when some nodes fail or act maliciously.
Reduced dependency, greater resilience.

Creator activity can do more than generate trading volume. It can also connect directly to token mechanics.
On @sight_hood, creator fees have become part of the robinhood:0x238e40b75ae78a1388a14e517d855893e92e58db story. Sight has described using 85% of new creator fees for token buybacks, linking market creation with activity around the token.
The mechanism creates a specific economic connection: creators generate activity, creator fees come from that activity, and a portion of those fees is used to buy robinhood:0x238e40b75ae78a1388a14e517d855893e92e58db. This means market creation can contribute to the token’s buyback mechanism, rather than remaining separate from the platform’s economic flow.
The important distinction is that creator fees are not the same as all platform revenue. The buyback mechanism also does not mean every creator action automatically creates token demand.
What makes this model interesting is the role creators play beyond bringing markets to the platform. Their activity can become part of the economic flow supporting robinhood:0x238e40b75ae78a1388a14e517d855893e92e58db, connecting market creation with token mechanics.
The key is the connection between creator fees and buybacks: a defined mechanism, not a promise that platform growth automatically translates into token value.

Q3 offers an interesting look at how @turtledotxyz is developing beyond the headline numbers.
The team reported $1.04M in revenue across Turtle and Lunar Strategy, measured on a cash-in basis and excluding intercompany transactions.
That figure matters, but the activity behind it adds context.
The update points to services and distribution as revenue sources.
Turtle was generating income through business operations while developing the infrastructure intended to support its liquidity distribution model.
That combination is worth watching. The project’s progress is not being presented solely through future-facing plans reported commercial activity is happening alongside the buildout.
It gives the market another way to assess execution.
I’ll be watching how the infrastructure develops, and whether it can create a stronger, more scalable distribution business over time.
A useful Q3 snapshot from Turtle.

Another @RialoHQ Builder Hub this week, and it highlights something important about building a strong Web3 ecosystem.
Technology creates the foundation, but builders bring that infrastructure to life.
Every project shared, idea discussed, and connection made contributes to a stronger development community. Builder events create space for collaboration, feedback, knowledge exchange, and new opportunities that might not emerge when everyone works in isolation.
What’s especially valuable is the consistency. A thriving ecosystem isn’t built through announcements alone. It grows when developers keep showing up, experimenting, sharing progress, and helping each other move forward.
Big respect to everyone who presented their projects and everyone who joined to support.
Rialo’s ecosystem is growing not just through infrastructure, but through the people building on top of it.
More builders. More collaboration. More possibilities. 🚀

Rialo is showing what next-generation blockchain infrastructure should look like. With 0.13-second finality, 0.05-second block times, and over 1M execution TPS, it’s pushing the boundaries of speed and performance.
But the bigger story is what this enables: real-time applications, seamless user experiences, and scalable onchain products that can serve real-world demand. Speed matters most when it unlocks meaningful utility.
Rialo is pushing the boundaries of blockchain performance.
With 0.13s finality, 0.05s block time and 1M+ execution TPS. Rialo is building an infrastructure designed for a new generation of real world applications.
Faster execution. Near instant reactions. Less complexity.
This is what next generation blockchain infrastructure should look like.
The future is being built on @RialoHQ
Web3 needs more than fast transactions and smart contracts. It needs infrastructure that can interact with real-world systems seamlessly.
That’s what makes @RialoHQ worth watching.
By combining native WebCalls, event-driven execution, and confidential computing, Rialo is exploring a different way to build blockchain applications.
Imagine applications that can access external data, respond to real-time events, and execute actions without depending on a complicated stack of third-party tools.
This could open new possibilities for institutional finance, automated services, and AI-powered applications.
The future of Web3 is not just about being onchain. It’s about connecting onchain technology with the world around us.
Get Real. Get Rialo.

Insurance usually involves paperwork, claim reviews, and waiting for approval. But what if a payout could happen automatically based on verified real-world data?
That’s the interesting approach behind CLAUSE, a parametric insurance prototype introduced at the @RialoHQ Builder Hub.
Here’s a practical example: if wind speed reaches 60 km/h, a policy can trigger a predefined payout. But when Yalova records only 41 km/h, nothing happens because the agreed condition hasn’t been satisfied.
The interesting part is how the system works behind the scenes:
Users define the risk and payout rules before an event occurs.
The conditions are stored onchain.
External data from Open Meteo, USGS, or AirLabs helps verify real-world events.
Once the required condition is confirmed, the decision and payout can happen together.
Rialo’s REX layer adds data reliability by collecting reports from multiple validators, using median values and filtering readings that differ by more than 5%.
There’s also a security component. RIDER and LATCH help protect API credentials while enforcing spending limits, approved addresses, transaction permissions and request frequency.
What makes this concept worth watching is the combination of real-world data, automated execution and controlled agent permissions.
It’s still a prototype, not a live insurance product. The demo balances and rewards are not real funds, and the performance figures haven’t been independently verified.
Still, @RialoHQ is showing how blockchain applications could move beyond simple transactions and respond to real-world conditions.

One thing I find interesting about Rialo is how it approaches stablecoins across multiple chains.
The diagram shows a master account connected to Chain A, Chain B, and Chain C. Each chain has its own stablecoin setup with separate mint and burn accounts.
The idea is simple:
→ One master account at the top.
→ Multiple connected chains.
→ Separate mint and burn accounts on each chain.
This gives a clear structure for managing stablecoin operations across different networks.
I think this is an interesting direction for multi-chain infrastructure. As more applications operate across different blockchains, having a well-organized system becomes increasingly important.
Different chains, one connected stablecoin structure.
Curious to see how Rialo develops this further.
@RialoHQ
One thing I find interesting about @RialoHQ is its vision of connecting the real world with blockchain.
Blockchain has come a long way, but there is still a gap between onchain applications and the systems we use every day. Getting real-world data, financial information, and external services to work smoothly with smart contracts is still a challenge.
This is where Rialo is trying to make a difference.
The idea is simple. Instead of keeping blockchain separate from the real world, Rialo wants to make it easier for applications to interact with real information and services.
Think about what this could mean.
Financial applications could access live market data. Smart contracts could interact with external services. Real-world assets could become part of onchain markets, supported by reliable information and verification.
Project 1337 gives us a good example of this vision in action. Rialo demonstrated how to stream data from 1,337 live stock tickers, with updates approximately every 300 milliseconds.
That's an interesting step because financial applications need timely and reliable information. Even a small delay can matter when markets are constantly moving.
What makes Rialo interesting to me is that it is not only focused on blockchain transactions. It is also working on the infrastructure needed to connect blockchain applications with real-world activity.
There is still a lot to build, but this direction has real potential.
𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧.
And that's the bridge Rialo is working to build.
