Please look out for people standing confused and helpless at metros. Don’t be afraid to ask if they need help(non monetary). Dont dash in and off - it is new experience for most of them. Till the staff are trained to provide help without intimidation
Took #NammaMetro from Yeshwantpur to Malleswaram for the first time - smooth as butter 🚇✨
But the staff could use a little “smile training.” Saw two rural kids turned away for giving a ₹200 note. Maybe the real ticket we need is a bit of kindness! 💛
