Solo founder from Estonia. Dad of 3 boys. I do not have neat founder mornings or deep-work afternoons. I ship between everything else. Between calls. Between errands. Between family logistics. No office. No team Slack. No standup calls. Just me, the code, and customers who pay. The tools are so good now that one person can do what took a small team 5 years ago. The hard part was never building. It was always selling.

so i reviewed what gpt-6 astra code has been writing for me over the last 2 weeks. ...and it's spaghetti 🍝 like, pure spaghetti slop. yes, it works. but it's completely unmaintainable. so. if you ever want to maintain your code, write strict code formatting rules into your agents.md. see the video: original vs properly formatted. now i have to fix the whole codebase.

fun fact about superscribe. i built most of it by talking to my computer through the product itself 🥇

this is crazy. codex tokens used to last forever just couple of months ago. how many instant resets have you bought since gpt6 astra release?

the underrated move: after a call, auto-set an on-screen timer for anything time-critical. your future self does not care about your memory. it cares about the clock.

i'm a developer. on work calls i say 30% of the words. i say "mhm" 1.5 times a minute. on my longest call, 60 minutes, i said it 88 times. at home i talk half the time. at work, apparently, i get paid to say mhm.

my most common promise on client calls is "ma vaatan". estonian for "i'll take a look". 370 times since february. "saadan", i'll send it, only 12. in a sample of 30, about 6 in 10 were real promises. so roughly 220 things i said i'd look at. that's the list i actually need after i hang up.

I'm testing the Estonian Superscribe keyboard and then I'll translate it into English.

my app called its own keyboard "vingelt, lahedalt" at midnight. wicked, cool. i said it, it typed it, in estonian, so it counts. the keyboard went into superscribe phone today. tap speak in any app, words land while you talk.

in march i dictated this about myself: "i actually enjoy early mornings as well." recordings in the 6am hour since january: 0 my median first recording of the day: 10:17 the midnight hour: 249 in the same sentence my own app wrote "night owl" as "night over". it knew.

150 agents are working on seo pages. why? bc I have 2 hours to burn 40% of the claude weekly limit 🔥 and is seo useful too.

since january my own app has recorded 8,504 things i said. my phone calls, and everything i dictate to my mac. 49 hours on the phone. 48 hours talking to my computer. i had claude go through all of it. some of it is funny, some of it is a little embarrassing. one post a day for the next few weeks.

72 of the 104 github issues i opened for a client in the last 30 days started as a phone call. we talk, i hang up, an agent turns the transcript into an issue. goal, current behavior, expected behavior, constraints, acceptance criteria. the whole transcript sits at the bottom, so nobody has to guess what the client actually said. 41 of the 64 closed ones came from calls too. same 30 days in superscribe: 238 calls, 558 minutes 138 summaries 74 follow-ups 77 entries in pipedrive

i used to lose half my promises between the call and the desk. now superscribe catches the follow-ups in the car, and I add them to Reminders from carplay in seconds. AI that works while you drive is how you actually keep your word.
