Our MCHS boys basketball team took their championship season to the Gold Dome today!
As the 2026 State Champions, the team was recognized in both the House and Senate and had the special opportunity to meet Governor Kemp.
What an incredible way to celebrate a historic season!

After getting out to a big Q1 lead up 23-11, Morgan County holds on to a narrow lead going into halftime.
2028 Garrett Ward starting things hot for Morgan County with 3 3’s in Q1 & has 11p at the half while teammate 2029 Trey Carter has 8p.
Andrew Taylor was great for Therrell in the 1st half and led the charge with 18p for the Panthers. Gordon Davis added 8p as well.
