*Brentford’s equaliser by Ivan Toney in their draw with Arsenal was not fully investigated by the VAR panel, the Press Association news agency understands.
The PGMOL have admitted that it was 'human error' which lead to VAR not fully investigating an offside call for Brentford's equaliser against Arsenal.

There is a Bill in Parliament right now by Murugara and JLAC, i.e., Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Bill, 2026, and most Kenyans have NO idea what’s inside. It creates a powerful, dangerous Criminal Procedure Rules Committee (see pages 19-20 of the Bill). Who sits in it? Chief Justice, AG(executive), Police IG, DPP, Commisioner prisons, EACC & others. And what will they do? They will make rules that courts must follow in criminal cases (p.19-20). Not laws passed by Parliament. Rules. And these rules can influence things like: Bail, bond terms, and much more How cases are handled in court How fast or slow cases move Now imagine this: You protest against Ruto. You get arrested. And Bail? Suddenly KSh 3M or more And your Case? It drags for months, etc. All “within procedure or these new rules that will keep changing.” No law changed, just the rules. And you had ZERO say in those rules. It gets worse. The Bill allows courts to declare you mentally unfit if you can’t understand proceedings or instruct a lawyer (p.8-10). Then you can be detained in a mental facility for 14 days, extendable up to 6 months (p.12). No conviction. Just procedure. Ask yourself: In a country where critics are already targeted, what could go wrong? Yes, there are several good parts in the bill: The ODPP must now seek court approval before dropping a case (p.6). But let’s be honest: This Bill gives the system cleaner, more structured ways for the government to control outcomes. Very neat on paper. Very dangerous in the wrong hands. Read it. Don’t ignore it.

This is Alice nganga, the Thika town mp. During the anti-finance bill protests, where she voted yes to the bill, Kenyans started a campaign to kick out all MPs who voted yes in 2027. In response, Alice nganga went on a live video with millions of money and boasted to Thika residents how she does not need re-election, because she has used their CDF money to make some personal investments. She further said the money she has made from the CDF kitty is enough to keep her and her family going, even if she is not re-elected. She openly said she has stolen enough. The good people of Kiambu have forgotten. They want to replace Matangi with this thief. They want to entrust billions of money given to the county through the equitable share to this woman? I'm now seeing fools calling her mama Simba. How soon do we forget?? Eloi!

DEFENDING KENYA’S STRATEGIC ASSETS: PETITION FILED TO STOP KPC PRIVATISATION On 2 January 2026, together with Bernard Muchiri Muchere and Naomi Nyakerario Misati, we filed a constitutional petition at the High Court of Kenya challenging the proposed privatisation of KenyaPipeline Company Limited (@kenyapipeline) and other strategic State-Owned Enterprises. We have moved to court to stop the Government’s plan to sell 65% of KPC through an Initial Public Offering by March 2026. This plan is unconstitutional, unlawful, and anti-sovereign. It is not a decision of the people of Kenya, but one driven by external pressure from the International Monetary Fund (@IMFNews). KPC is a profitable, 100% publicly owned strategic asset. In 2024 alone, it posted KSh 6.87 billion in profit and paid KSh 7 billion in dividends to the @KeTreasury. Selling such an asset to service public debt violates public finance law and erodes national sovereignty, energy security, collective ownership, and intergenerational justice. Our petition raises grave constitutional concerns, including: •IMF conditionalities that undermine Kenya’s constitutional sovereignty •Over KSh 97 billion in unaccounted retained earnings and depreciation funds at KPC •Lack of public participation and transparency •Irregular and unlawful appointments at the Privatisation Commission •Misuse of Parliament, with approvals sought via Sessional Paper instead of proper legislation We are asking the Court to declare the entire privatisation process unconstitutional, quash all related decisions and notices, and permanently bar any further steps toward the sale of KPC. This is a public-interest case. We seek no compensation or costs. Our sole objective is to defend the Constitution and protect public assets that belong to all Kenyans, today and for generations to come.

Several months back, Museveni’s brutal son posted that, "......Besigye will only leave prison in two ways. Either in his coffin after we hang him or shoot him or on his knees apologising to Mzee [Museveni]." Yesterday, Dr. Besigye and his colleague Hajj Obeid Lutale's fourth bail application was denied! Cry beloved country. The judiciary, like all other institutions, has been completely emasculated. We have an opportunity to press the RESET BUTTON on our country in 16 days and put an end to this suffering. #FreeKizzaBesigye #FreeUgandaNow

I saw reports yesterday that KSh 300 BILLION raised through government bonds has simply vanished. If you ever doubted how normal looting has become in Kenya, just look at the silence: EACC - silent ODPP - silent DCI - silent Even the public - silent But my people, this silence will cost us. They are stealing the money meant for our budget, then turning around to borrow loans in our name to replace what they looted. This is how a nation collapses quietly. If we stay silent, they will continue treating Kenya like their personal ATM. This is the moment to speak. This is the moment to choose leaders who protect the taxpayer, not drain the country dry. 2027 is coming. Kasongo must go. Wantam is a must. Kenya deserves better and we won’t be silent anymore.

Kenyans need to wake up!! We are paying for loans we never borrowed. Loans that were never approved by Parliament. Loans we can’t even trace. And the IMF & World Bank won’t stop, they keep lending to governments that loot. We are being buried in debt we never asked for. Say NO to these fraudulent loans!!

My people, something deeply disturbing has happened in Mombasa, and we cannot stay silent. This week, a 5-year-old girl named Khairun Hassan tragically lost her life under very unclear circumstances at a madrassa inside a mosque in Leisure, Nyali. The story being given by the imam and the mosque administration has serious gaps: They claim the little girl "made a mistake" and, as punishment, the imam locked her alone in a room. While crying and in distress, she reportedly climbed onto something, fell (or jumped) from a height inside the room/madrassa. Moments later, the child was found with fatal injuries, and the explanation being offered simply does not make sense. What followed raises even more alarm: The burial was rushed the same day, using Islam as a basis No postmortem No proper medical examination And reliable sources say that although the case was reported to DCI Mombasa, there are strong efforts to derail the investigation The father is reportedly being pressured to drop the case and "leave it to Allah" My people, how do we accept this? In a country where we have seen cases of boys, girls, men, and women being assaulted and then thrown off a building to the ground to make it appear that they committed suicide, this whole situation looks fishy How does a 5y old end up locked alone as punishment? Why did the imam do that How does a 5yr old throw herself from top of a room that she had been locked inside alone? Why was no postmortem done? Why silence a grieving father and sweep everything under the carpet? This is not normal. This is not Islamic. This is not right. We demand: An immediate, independent investigation by DCI and child protection authorities A proper postmortem if necessary Full transparency and accountability from the mosque leadership A child’s life has been lost in a place that was supposed to protect her. Justice for Khairun Hassan. We will not let her voice be buried. My people, please share, tag the authorities, and raise your voices until the truth comes out.

A major development in the Maasai Mara case, and it’s deeply alarming. The Maasai elder leading the fight to protect the Great Migration corridors has been legally gagged after Marriott’s lawyers pushed for a gag order. Yes. Silenced in court. Why? Because his campaign is gaining global attention, and the respondents argued his voice is “too influential.” Instead of addressing environmental destruction, they’ve chosen to silence the messenger.
So, we need to talk about The Mara and what’s happening there. It began with a fence in the Maasai Mara. Where elephants once crossed freely, a luxury lodge now stands. They called it a “front-row seat to the Great Migration.” But what happens when the front row becomes the wall? Photos: The Jungle Doctor on IG #StandWithTheMaasai

I’ve seen & even recieved threats after tweeting this sgr tweet. Some from govt bots, some from real people shaking behind fake names but who I suspect are linked to govt. But let’s ask, why are they scared? If the SGR and Expressway deals were clean, they’d welcome light. But they fear light, because truth burns. They don’t fear me. They fear you waking up. They fear Kenyans realizing what was really used as collateral for sgr . How if Kenya was at any point to default even our treasury would be controlled from outside Kenya . what clauses were buried. what billions were signed away in silence. I’m not backing down. They can threaten, they can whisper, but truth is coming either way. My people, never fear those who live off our silence. The day we all speak, no government can stop us.
My people, I have a serious question: if I posted a full original copy of the SGR or Expressway loan agreement here on X, would that be a crime in Kenya? I ask because these agreements were never meant to be public, yet I’ve seen hints that some clauses may have been hidden. I’m not threatening to publish now; I just want to understand the legal reality, so we can act safely, and so that this information can one day soon reach the public legally. Anyone with legal knowledge, please advise below . If possible lets get the path with the least possible bariers and problems legally

My people, First, thank you to everyone who supported us yesterday. We raised about Ksh 6,000 through our till number 6280853 Many assume we collect huge amounts, but the truth is, it’s usually small contributions like these that keep this work alive. Every little bit helps, and we are truly grateful. 🙏🏾 Now, let me explain something important coz someone asked why would we test arsenic in sugar and how safe our food is . We’ve been testing sugar and other foods, and this work is not just random. It’s because we’ve noticed two dangerous chemicals appearing more frequently in our foods, especially in sugar, rice, and even maize: Arsenic - often comes through fertilizer Glyphosate - a herbicide used widely during farming by many farmers in brazil and now kenya For cooking oil is different compounds. I want you to take a few minutes and search these two chemicals yourself. Check what long-term exposure does to the human body. You’ll find links to cancers, liver and kidney damage, and nerve problems. Now here’s the worrying part; Even foods that pass KEBS standards can still be risky in the long term. For example, sugar with 0.2 mg of arsenic per kg is technically “safe.” But imagine you use the same sugar every day, in your tea, porridge, and cooking, for months, for years. That’s how arsenic slowly accumulates in your body. It hides in your liver, kidneys, skin, and nails, and over time, it becomes poison from within. That’s how cancers develop quietly, over years of “normal” use. And glyphosate? Same story. It’s allowed in most countries, but even small amounts, consumed over long periods, raise cancer risks, especially for people who rely on these foods daily. That’s why we’re doing this, to create awareness and demand accountability. We don’t want panic; we want the truth, verified by real lab tests. But this work isn’t cheap. Some labs demand full payment before releasing results. Others charge thousands per sample. We are not funded by any government or big donor, only by ordinary Kenyans who care. So if you believe in what we’re doing, If you want transparency about what’s in your food Please keep supporting us through our till 6280853 or link. Every small contribution keeps this mission alive. Accountability begins with truth, and truth requires resources. We’ll keep doing our part, and together, we’ll protect the health and future of our people. 🇰🇪 Some important advice. Normalize using less sugar Normalize using less cooking oil
Just so you know what it takes to fight for truth, Here’s a small quotation I just got in my DMs: For 12 samples of sugar, we need to pay over KSh 100,000. What I’ve always done is ship several samples abroad, to international labs in Denmark and Sweden and to avoid anyone doubting the results, we also do parallel tests here in Kenya. We then compare all the findings carefully. What you’re seeing here is a quotation from one of the local labs we’re submitting samples to so we can compare results we already have with the ones still coming in. Right now, we have more tests and analyses ongoing, because Kenyans deserve to know what they’re eating. For example, some of the cooking oil & sugar sold especially in retail shops is too toxic & we will share names . Truth isn’t cheap. But silence costs more. If you’re in a position, kindly support through our till number 6280853 or link it truly helps. 🙏
