Personal preference but 3 reps of 5 minutes at low pressure……. It may look like I use my pump for progress but I only use it once every two weeks…… Depth toys, beaded toys, girthy toys, daily pushing / staining on the toilet, repping your pushing in and out to weaken the ligaments. This is what makes / help develop your rose/prolapse And don’t forget do it daily everyday with breaks of course when you push it too far. You will also realise taking two weeks off will progress you even more Hope this helps 😈🐷😏🌹
