This was a masterclass performance from Alcaraz, saving all 5 break points and hitting 24 winners. Next round, he will take on Daniil Medvedev, and this is our chance to get revenge for that Indian Wells SF earlier.

GAME SET MATCH FRITZ 🔥 Taylor Fritz is through to the SFs of Basel after Arthur Fils is forced to retire in the second set. It seems to be the lower back again, which is a consistent problem for Arthur. We hope he is able to recover fully, especially this close to the ATP Finals. I am also now concerned about Paris next week, which would’ve been his home Masters. Fritz will take on Vacherot in the SFs. I think that will come down to who returns better.
