Very excited to share this project.
With a lot of reporting, we came up with the estimated roster budget for every P4 team.
They go up as high as $55M and start as low as $8M.
See where your team ranks. And everyone else's.

RIP June Jones. A great offensive coach who was THIS close to getting hired at Arizona State. I talked with him a few years ago about that wild 2011 coaching search.
His response: "We would've won." Here's that story:

Should the AP Top 25 expand to a Top 30? 📊🏈
With a 24-team playoff on the horizon, @ralphDrussoATH explains why the AP poll must adapt to track the bubble—and why this 100-year-old system remains crucial to college football's history.

Per release: Oklahoma State's football game at Iowa State, set for Saturday at 6 p.m. CT, has been elevated to a FOX broadcast. It was originally scheduled for FS1.
We had some thoughts on Mcfee v. Utah .. and an eventful season for GameDay in general.

Absolutely nothing is going to change at the head coach position at Texas Tech. Joey McGuire is a perfect fit for our program, everybody, with an opinion that matters, loves him. He isn’t going anywhere. If anything, we are ready, willing, and able to double down on him and this program. It’s more likely that he gets an extension and raise at the end of this year.
Long story short, this article is a ridiculous waste of time, but if you do feel compelled to write another one, please find a better picture of me!
Cody Campbell has poured millions into Texas Tech.
His reaction to last week's loss raised questions about Joey McGuire's future if expectations aren't met.
McGuire isn't on the hot seat, but two names with West Texas roots make sense if things do change.

Pat McAfee says he was "uncomfortable" during Utah College GameDay and alluded to the Charlie Kirk killing. This all comes after a school video of students commenting about him upset him.
Also said he might not show up if GameDay goes back there. nytimes.com/athletic/7727393…
Clown. Show.
(Selfishly, I hope it comes back here for Game 7 either way.)
Ramona Shelburne on what could happen if the WNBA title is won on Thursday:
"That celebration may not actually be on that court. I've heard there are discussions about whether there's enough time to turn the arena over in time for the fans to celebrate on the court. It could be moved to a practice court"
Unreal man smh

The WNBA’s solution to its completely avoidable Game 6 conflict?
A day game. On a Thursday.
Bad planning, horrible optics, and above all a crappy thing to do to the people who consume your product.

My opinion of BYU didn't change Saturday. Cross-country trip after the ND win is as trappy as trappy gets.
Cross-country travel & the reality of new conference alignments. ✈️💥
Fresh off a historic win over Notre Dame, #2 BYU goes to Florida and gets stunned in 2OT by Scott Frost's squad.
@BruceFeldmanCFB and @slmandel break down life in the grinding Big 12:youtube.com/live/T3QW_-Gnetg…
Obviously it stinks for those attending.
BUT for TV exposure, you'd much rather be in that slot than opposite Miami-Notre Dame in primetime.
So Valkyries fans will need to be free at 9:30 am on a Thursday to possibly watch their team win a championship?
I'm convinced the WNBA is either run by interns or the owners' nieces and nephews.
After a weekend of nonstop frantic discussions and negotiation, Game 6 of the WNBA Finals will be played Thursday at 12:30 pm at 17,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta, sources told ESPN.
The Atlanta Hawks-Cleveland Cavaliers game that night will move back to 8 pm to accommodate the doubleheader, just as the Hawks did for Game 4. This allows a potential Game 7 to remain scheduled for Halloween at Chase Center in San Francisco.
All three Finals games in Atlanta have required hurried adjustments to the schedule at State Farm Arena. It took collective efforts from the WNBA, NBA, the Hawks, State Farm Arena, Dream, Valkyries and broadcast partners to figure out the best course of action again.
By moving the game earlier in the day, the WNBA avoided a scenario where a potential championship game was played inside the Dream’s home arena, the 3,500 seat Gateway Center.
The other option under strong consideration was moving Game 6 to an open date at State Farm Arena on Friday and Game 7 to an open date at Chase Center on Tuesday, November 3.
Nov. 7 is going to be epic.

Final thoughts from college football Week 8:
◽ Is the Big 12 better than the Big Ten?
◽ Texas football is the most entertaining show on television
◽ UCLA will only face a top-10 opponent if it reaches the Big Ten Championship Game

Ah so it took 1 week for ND to move back ahead of BYU.
Utah up; BYU down. Miami is still No. 1 in the AP Top 25.
