I wish you a happy holiday filled with love and relaxation ❤️ As for us, we are unable to provide food for our children. Please, help us in any way you can so we can feed our children.

In addition to this, the Aetas — the indigenous group most affected by this — wasn't consulted, and nor were they given answers to relocation and job replacements if Pax Silica were to happen ☹️ their lives were built on that land, they can't afford to lose it

I cannot stress how scared I am with this on the horizon.
I've been homeless before, and I play it up like I can tank it cause I gotta be tough but it almost led to me taking my own life.
The affordability of housing on low income is still beyond what we can afford (🧵)
⚠️EMERGENCY: FACING EVICTION. ⚠️
Me and my roommate are currently facing eviction after our landlord told my roommate that they "have trouble seeing him as human"
I was handed a slip today as a 60 day notice, and we need all the help we can get (🧵)

Don't ignore us!!
We need help paying for my daughter's medical treatments and to make sure all of my family can stay warm as winter approaches. All we have is a tent to protect us against cold and disease. Please help however you can. 🙏

$30 received, thank you! ❤️ Less than a week left to pay rent. Only $330 stands between my family and losing our home. Any food support, even $5 or $10, could feed us today. Please don’t leave us behind. 💔

Still nothing. I’m begging for rent, not food. I just need a roof to protect my family from the winter cold and homelessness. Only $360 stands between us and losing our home. Please help us. ❤️🩹😭
