Californians: Vote YES on Prop 40 and NO on 41/42. Prop 40 is a one-time fee for the richest 200 Californians. The money would exclusively go to Medicaid and food assistance, mitigating some of the BBB's cuts. Props 41/42 exist ONLY to invalidate Prop 40
