been using @monarchmoney for family finance tracking, but duplicate transactions across accounts make it unusable. support says it's "expected behavior" and suggests workarounds instead of fixes. competitors solved this years ago. if you use Monarch + shared cards, be warned. 🚩

Hey, media: The number one global news story right now should be that the international aid system ground to a halt this morning because of the Trump administration’s freeze on foreign assistance. Life saving assistance isn’t moving and chaos/confusion has stopped active ops. FYI

The Panhandle fires are a stark reminder of how millions living in rural Texas rely on their neighbors to keep vital services running.

Hey @AUStinAirport @FAANews wondering if you have info you can share about air traffic control issues affecting central Texas flights tonight? #flightdelays #AUS
Something weird is going on - we were told air traffic control system crashed after circling #AUS for an hour and sent back to DFW where we remain on tarmac #flightdelay #airtravel @AmericanAir
We missed our flight on @AmericanAir due to ‘air traffic control staffing issues’. We were booked for a flight the next day. We had to pay for our own lodging overnight because the delay was ‘beyond their control’ and they had the audacity to charge us ANOTHER $100 for luggage.
Like we had any control at any point of the trip.
Apparently air traffic control system (national? Austin? Houston?) crashed and we got sent back to DFW on @AmericanAir - anyone have better updates? #aus #hou #dfw #americanairlines #airtraffic #airtrafficontrol #faa

Olympic gymnast Mary Lou Retton had to crowdfund her medical debt, joining the 250,000 Americans forced to do so each year. Unlike Retton, most don't raise enough funds.
Our healthcare system is a corporate extortion racket and a crime against humanity. We need #MedicareForAll.
