Hey @StableJack_xyz , can you confirm this description of the YT-stS token is accurate - particularly the part about “while maintaining long $stS exposure”?
Based on Docs, I’d have thought my $stS exposure was directed to the Volatility Token (VT) holder but it doesn’t look like VTs are yet available? Anywhere I can read about how the current model (without VT) works?
DeFi innovation is on fire on #sonic 🔥@pendle_fi splits yield-bearing crypto into two parts: a “strip bond” (fixed return at maturity) and a “yield coupon” (variable yield); allows you to lock-in a yield, especially useful on stablecoins.
@StableJack_xyz is new to me but after reading the docs I gotta give an A+ to the team on innovation - the protocol converts volatile crypto into yield-boosted stablecoins (yield tokens), stabilizing value a - but extreme crashes still carry risk - and volatility tokens which get levered exposure to the underlying.
Different tools, different DeFi goals!
