Instead of using AI to make bad art, why don't we use AI to make board game opponents? Instead of a solo option, companies could create AI opponents that will play the game (as written) against you? I don't know how you'd implement this for a physical product. App?

I'm extremely satisfied with my latest prototype. It's one of those "WHY THE HELL DIDN'T I DESIGN THIS???" games. Except that I did design it. Which is good.

What gives, GameNerdz? Did I forget to click the box "I'm married please don't ship three average-sized games in a carton big enough to hold a small fridge!" My wife gave me serious side eye when she saw that behemoth on the front porch :/

Every game should indicate somewhere on the box that you'll only play it once every two years and therefore you don't need to buy expansions for it.

I really hate it when the rulebook instructs me to REMEMBER to do something that it never told me to do in the first place. What can I say, I'm sensitive.

Serious question. How can people travel over oceans in airplanes? That seems terrifying to me. A character in a book I'm reading is traveling over the OCEAN in an AIRPLANE! Just reading it in a book makes me nervous.

I suspect you're all dying to know whether I went with the painted Heroscape Master set for $225 or the unpainted for $125. Actually, no matter which one I picked, the original Haslab deal was much better than either :( I went unpainted. Color is for weenies.

Can you think of any game where the dice rolling just makes you crazy? For some reason I feel like I should ALWAYS roll what I need in Memoir 44. Of course it's unreasonable. But it just seems SO UNFAIR when I don't.
