Apparently I'm a "false accuser," though here's a thread of evidence of Marilyn Manson's abusive behaviour towards me and others. 🧵

I love how some men will insist women aren’t marginalized while we’re STILL being blamed for everything men do. Take for example: Ethan Klein cheats on his wife with a superfan he hired, yet somehow the alleged mistress gets the blame? Not the married man with a wife and kids? Not the person who actually made the vows? Not the one benefitting from the power imbalance? Pokimane speaks out about feeling violated after Atrioc was caught looking at sexual deepfakes of her and other female streamers, and SHE gets accused of starting a hate campaign? As if she owes the man who violated her boundaries forgiveness, and withholding it somehow makes HER the villain??? Jane Doe goes to a frat party, as college students do, and gets sexually assaulted. Suddenly, the conversation becomes about HER “poor decisions” and how holding the perpetrators accountable might ruin the perpetrators’ futures. Not the assault. Not the men who committed it. HER choices. This is patriarchy. This is what it looks like. Men are given endless grace, excuses, and the benefit of the doubt, while women are expected to carry the blame, manage the fallout, and protect the feelings and futures of the very men who harmed them. And if women refuse to play along? Then we’re accused of being vindictive, unreasonable, or hysterical. Right… Rape culture doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It’s reinforced by the everyday misogyny that teaches us to empathize with the men who cause harm while scrutinizing the women who experienced it. If your first instinct is to protect a man’s reputation instead of questioning his behavior, you’re not being fair or objective. You’re reinforcing the exact culture that allows this shit to continue. Do better.
hi everyone, i want to clarify some things about what i said on stream yesterday. 1) when he was first caught looking at paywalled, deepfake content of female streamers, it seems people forgot that the specific page shown on his stream was of me. i didn't say much at the time because i was so uncomfortable, publicly humiliated, and i didn't think it needed explaining because it was so obviously wrong. 2) i appreciate that he spent thousands of dollars helping remove ai/df content (3000$ of which was offered to me specifically), but i've had to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars towards that same effort. regardless, no amount of money undoes what happened. 3) i'm not trying to cancel anyone or be the arbiter of who can do what. i'm simply sharing my feelings about something that publicly happened to me, and the ways in which it's affecting me today. as he's become more involved in events and with people close to me, i've grown particularly uncomfortable. as far as i know, no one has really checked in with the women affected about how it makes them feel. other people forgiving him is their choice, but it doesn't mean i can't share my perspective on it as well. one thing i've seen happen far too often is the rewriting of history, particularly as it pertains to issues like these, so i prefer to stand my ground so the narrative doesn't get twisted. hope this clarifies things!

Ooh this is exciting
For anyone that needs a refresher, Lauren Tsai is an excellent stop motion visual artist/filmmaker. Gerard met her at her installation, The Dying World, a dark and moody multi-medium exhibit that feels SO MCR. Whatever they make together, it's going to be gorgeous.

**taps the sign**
Russell Brand stated on oath that consent was more important than the sex. Meanwhile, here's the sexual predator, Russell Brand in his own words.

Far too many abusers hide behind their "persona." We need to stop normalising predatory behaviour.
The thing is, Russell Brand isn't on trial for how he is now*, it's for what he allegedly did previously. *And notably, not even his best mates are willing to stand up for his current "good character". This is what he says he did previously...

Fucksakes. Russell Brand says his friends have abandoned him and the rape allegations have "damaged his personal life." Cry me a fkn river you vile fkn creep. Not a word of sympathy for his litany of victims. What a heinous cunt. 😠

“But they willingly went to his dressing room!” Yes. And? Consent is ONGOING. Means nothing. You can go somewhere, kiss someone, even start having sex — and still say stop. And that should be it. Why is this difficult? I truly worry about how some folks were raised.

"What did he expect?" Exactly. What a badass 👏
evan rachel wood talks about victim-blaming and how society still finds ways to blame survivors instead of holding the people who took advantage of them accountable.

Who would've thought that bringing a known abuser on tour would impact ticket sales?

“Brand’s defense is that women knew he was a degenerate maniac, so they should have expected it by being in a room with him” His defence is to admit he’s a rapist and blames his victims for him raping them??
Russell Brand’s trial is devastating. Testimony describes him as a rabid animal, demanding sex every few hours from whoever happened to be around, and taking it regardless of consent Brand’s defense is that women knew he was a degenerate maniac, so they should have expected it by being in a room with him (several allege he attacked them in public and tried to drag them into bathroom stalls) This is separate from FIVE disturbing allegations in Channel 4 Dispatches. Brand has zero regard for women as human beings - I can’t even imagine how many victims there truly are Blows my mind that so many people peddle his lunacy portraying him as a truth-telling martyr being smeared by the establishment - and buy his newfound religious hucksterism Makes sense he’s leapt into the movement of sexual offenders and pedophiles, where he belongs (other than prison)

The comments, lol.
They were probably just drunk and gave away their stuff and then regretted it in the morning. Men who invite women to their house are probably the type to make false accusations anyway.

They always hide in plain sight. I wonder if he'll try to argue it was just "jokes" or that the book is actually fiction.
Russell Brand's Booky Wookie is also not to be forgotten.

It's disturbing how celebrity predators seem to follow a similar pattern. And always the same old victim blaming, "what did you expect/you should've known better."

💯
You don’t care about “real victims being believed”, you care about narrowing the definition of rape to a woman you deign to have not deserved rape being raped by someone you dislike with immense, unrealistic evidence.

Billy Corgan is standing by Marilyn Manson, citing their 30-year friendship and his Christian faith, despite the allegations against the singer. Prosecutors declining to file charges isn't proof that allegations were fabricated, and knowing someone for decades doesn't make you an authority on what happens behind closed doors. Men's loyalty to other men has always been a convenient excuse for looking away.

Why didn’t Meghan Markle do more to stop Mount Vesuvius? I can’t believe Meghan Markle let Pompeii get buried like that smh. Questions need answering!
