what is the remaining unique value prop of this technology if it essentially becomes yet another 'compliant' fintech product as proposed here? I don't really see a deep one, other than just that it happened to be the first mover for distributing PKI infra ('wallets') and PKI infra is a pretty handy way to do financial stuff? you can say transparency and composability but a SQL database can also be made voluntarily transparent, APIs can make anything composable...maybe the pmf of "real crypto" is small but if anything I think the pmf of "fintech crypto" may be even smaller on a long timeline...

Your startup's real cap table is probably a file called captable_FINAL_v7 (2).xlsx on cyberCORPs you can drop that file straight into the cap table. a screenshot of it works too, and so does your Carta export GAIBE, our AI agent, shows you how it read every column and flags anything it isn't sure of nothing saves until you check the rows and hit import

if I added agentic wrapper entities to cybercorps.metalex.tech/form… to give you limited liability for your agent's actions and a free half hour of legal support, for $1k, would you wrap your trading-agent or other agent in one? replies/engagement here will be used as evidence of demand to get relevant partners onboard

Most "compliant" platforms hoard your ID. @MetaLeX_Labs doesn't. Real securities workflows, real KYC/AML, powered by ZKPassport, and nothing stored that could leak. If you're forming a company onchain, look at what @lex_node and @MetaLeX_Labs are shipping.

IPOs will happen on Robinhood Chain in 5 to 10 years. 🤔 Love the energy, and here is how early we still are. >RH Chain holds roughly $150M in Robinhood issued stock tokens, against a ~$3.77B market. >These are Jersey issued debt securities with no shareholder rights, and US persons cannot buy them yet. Big emphasis on yet! >Stock tokens account for only around 0.35% of Morpho borrowing on the chain. There is a tonne of room to grow here. >The SEC’s 2026 Innovation Exemption is a step towards onchain secondary trading, but it does not open the door to fully onchain IPOs. That remains a major regulatory hurdle, but something that could follow next as big item. >Meanwhile, we are already seeing the primitives take shape, with projects like @umia_finance working alongside OG crypto lawyer @lex_node and pushing this forward with @MetaLeX_Labs >The important part, as SimpleFarmer points out, is that financial plumbing is starting to merge, and real advantages are finally taking shape to make this a reality. Huge potential here, and we are barely scratching the surface.

if you are a company with IPO ambitions, consider tokenizing the right way from day one--on MetaLeX
Replying to @mikemaccana
Tokenized stocks aren't a reason to panic, but the idea that they pose zero concerns for issuers because they're not "real stock" isn't quite right either. If platforms like Robinhood, Kraken and Coinbase end up holding large blocks on behalf of token holders who have no voting rights, those intermediaries hold real swing votes. That matters most in an activist campaign or a contested merger vote, where a few percent can decide the outcome and both sides will be calling whoever controls the block. Issuers could respond with non-voting share classes or by tokenizing natively, but neither happens overnight and have other issues (eg you can't force intermediaries to only tokenize the non-voting shares and you don't want to take away voting rights from everyone). Boards and stockholders have to understand it and approve it first. Public companies will care about this more than crypto people expect.

iterating on this every day, with every new founder that tries our app how far can you automate corporate workflows with a combination of smart lawyering, smart contracts, and AI? I call this "cybernetic law." many have philosophized about it or built pieces of it, but I want to see the entire system actually come to life
