A second dead felon had their rights restored by the Gov of Virginia. This time with explicit instructions on how to register online to vote by mail (because let’s face it - it’s hard for dead people to do this in person - so we need accommodations!).
The order says that the executive completed review of the individuals case. So that means her team personally vetted this deceased individual and discovered she was dead and found it appropriate to restore her voting rights and provide her instructions on how to online register to vote - knowing she’s dead.
-or-
The order is a form order and mass restored a bunch of felons voting rights in July without reviewing anything.
Stay classy Virginia.

Just in: Ben Crump and Al Sharpton are heading to Mayor Brandon Johnson's shithole, aka Chicago, to protest the stabbing death of 7-year-old Edimari Hernandez Chacon.
JUST KIDDING!
She wasn't killed by a white cop, so they don't actually give a flying fuck.

The Cornell rape allegations involving seven former students have drawn nationwide attention.
Meanwhile, Virginia’s parole board granted parole to seven people with rape convictions in the past 60 days—with far less national attention.
One case involves allegations. The other involves convictions—including one offender convicted of raping a child under 13.
Official parole board records are attached.

Ro Khanna posted this last night. I read it twice looking for the true part, and I'm still looking.
I was an Army medic in Iraq. When you're packing a wound at two in the morning, nobody asks how the patient's congressman voted. So it gets under my skin when a sitting member of Congress turns those wars into a partisan scorecard and then gets the score wrong.
Start with Afghanistan. The 2001 authorization passed the Senate 98-0 and the House 420-1. The one no vote in the whole Capitol belonged to Barbara Lee, a Democrat from Ro's own state. Biden, Clinton, Kerry, Reid, and Schumer all voted yes. So did Bernie, which I'm guessing won't come up at their rally. Obama sent about 30,000 more troops in the surge, Democratic Congresses kept paying for it, and Biden's Autopen ran the exit. Thirteen service members died at Abbey Gate. I remember. I hope Ro does.
Iraq: 29 Senate Democrats voted yes, including Biden, Clinton, Kerry, Edwards, Schumer, Reid, Daschle, and Feinstein. Over in the House, 81 Democrats voted yes, Adam Schiff and Ed Markey among them. Calling that "all Republican" takes real delusions of adequacy.
The Bush tax cuts? In December 2010, Obama and a Democratic Congress extended them. In January 2013, Obama and a Democratic Senate made most of them PERMANENT. If you renew the lease and then buy the house, you don't get to keep calling it the landlord's place.
Credit where it's earned: Democrats did vote against the 2017 tax law and against the Iran war. That's two out of Ro's six. In my classroom that's a 33 percent. That's an F, and I'd go lower if the gradebook let me.
Now the debt, the part that should keep every parent up at night:
o Bush: +$4.9 trillion
o Obama: +$9.3 trillion
o Biden's Autopen: +$8.5 trillion
Obama by himself added almost twice what Bush did. CBO says the long-term drivers are Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and interest on what we already owe. Ro voted for the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, every dollar of it borrowed, and somehow it never made his list. He couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel, but he managed to leave his own vote off the tab.
His $10 trillion is made up too. Brown University's Costs of War project, the left's favorite source on this, puts ALL post-9/11 war costs at about $8 trillion through 2022, and that already includes veterans' care out to 2050 plus interest. Iran isn't in it. If Ro's math leaves you confused, that's on purpose. He's muddying the water so it looks deep.
Jim Quinn's Second Law: watch what liberals accuse conservatives of doing. Logicians call Ro's move non causa pro causa (false cause). Grab six events, staple a number on them, blame whoever you don't like.
What's next? A Democrat votes for the war, funds it for a decade, extends the tax cuts, and then blames Republicans for the bill... wait, I'm looking at the screenshot. He already did.
And the "tax the rich" sermon comes from one of the wealthiest men in Congress. Ro, file this year with the standard deduction only and mail the IRS double what you owe. Then I will listen.
Here's what actually makes me mad. Combat-wounded veterans who were medically retired out of those same wars still have their retirement pay docked because they also draw disability. The Major Richard Star Act (HR 2102) fixes that for about $10 billion over ten years, pocket lint next to Ro's numbers. If you care what those wars cost, Congressman, the people who paid it are waiting. The discharge petition is H.Res. 1247. Sign it.
One last question. Besides spending borrowed money, what have you done that left one family LESS dependent on Washington? Keeping an underclass waiting on the next check and voting for whoever promises it isn't compassion. The antebellum South depended on a dependent class too, and nobody should call that progress.
Which line item would you cut? Tell me in the comments. Ro, I saved you a seat up front.
But what do I know, I'm only an old Army medic who reads the roll call before he posts.

A Chicago cop is dead because 1 judge kept letting a 7 time convicted felon walk out the door.
Alphanso Talley is now charged with murdering Officer John Bartholomew and critically wounding his partner.
Both officers were guarding him at a hospital after an armed robbery arrest, and police say he got hold of a gun.
Here's how he got there:
‼️ 2017: Armed robberies on a CTA platform and in an alley. Four 7-year sentences, served at the same time
‼️ 2021: Felon on parole caught with a gun. 3 years
‼️ 2023: Stolen car and fleeing police
‼️ 2024: Charged with battering jail officers while locked up
‼️ Aug 2024: Judge John F. Lyke Jr. releases him on an ankle monitor, then later lets him take it off
‼️ Early 2025: Stops showing up to court. Warrant issued
‼️ April 2025: Arrested for a violent carjacking and an armed robbery. Prosecutors ask to hold him, and another judge orders him held
‼️ Dec 2025: Judge Lyke releases him on an ankle monitor again
‼️ Jan 2026: Pleads guilty on his old cases. One day after reporting to prison, he's out on parole
‼️ Weeks later: Judge Lyke loosens his monitor so he can leave home for hours a day
‼️ March 2026: The monitor goes dark and he skips court
‼️ Sept 26: One officer is dead and another is fighting for his life
The prosecutors did their job. A judge overruled them anyway.
Illinois got rid of cash bail with the 2021 SAFE-T Act, which completely eliminated cash bail.
Now Chicago gets the bill.
Rest easy, Officer Bartholomew.

Which brings us to the question people across across the country should be asking: How did this county come to release a man like this so easily?
Part of the answer is a decade of deliberate policy. Some of it was paid for by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur (@macfound) Foundation when it awarded Allegheny County a Safety and Justice Challenge grant. The initiative describes its mission as fighting “the misuse and overuse of jails.” The county’s own first-year report is blunt about what the money was for: “to reduce the population of the Allegheny County Jail by 20%.”
The county beat that goal. It reported a 36% reduction in its jail population during that first two-year grant.
The MacArthur Foundation then renewed: $2 million in 2020, $1.17 million in 2022 over four years, and $334,000 in 2024. In all, $5.5 million since 2018. The county has said it was chosen for the 2021 renewal “based on the promise and progress of work to date.”
In other words, results got rewarded.

False or not facts as stated:
Oct. 1 is not the day hundreds of thousands of Michiganders lose Medicaid/SNAP.
Tomorrow is SNAP admin cost-shift and a narrow immigrant Medicaid-eligibility change (~5,000 in Michigan). Work requirements and big SNAP benefit cost-sharing are later.
Not “primarily tax cuts for billionaires.” Revenue drop is ~$4.5T over 10 years, skewed toward higher earners and corporations, but it also extends 2017 rates and adds cuts that reach other brackets (tips, overtime, seniors).
Medicaid/SNAP cuts do not “deliver” $4.5T. Those programs are cut by roughly $1T + ~$187B. That does not cover the tax cuts; the law still adds trillions to the deficit.
Michigan is not losing $2–3 billion in federal Medicaid/SNAP on Oct. 1. Near-term SNAP admin hit is ~$90–95 million. Larger Medicaid and SNAP-benefit cost shifts phase in later.
“Tens of thousands of energy/manufacturing jobs” and “$8.7 billion higher energy bills by 2034” are model forecasts, not measured outcomes.
“Over 200K lose healthcare” is not an Oct. 1 headcount. It’s a multi-year estimate range. The documented Oct. 1 coverage drop is far smaller.
“211,000 households will suffer SNAP cuts” is an Urban Institute estimate of households losing at least $25/month, not 211,000 households kicked off SNAP tomorrow.
“Nearly 121,000 already lost SNAP” is outdated/imprecise. Recent trackers put Michigan’s drop closer to ~100,000–167,000 since the law passed, not a single verified 121,000 figure tied to Oct. 1.

Anthony McGaha broke into six homes in Norfolk and Virginia Beach in the late 1980s and raped six women. A judge gave him life plus 236 years. He told investigators he wasn’t raping them, he was “making love to them,” while admitting they never consented.
The sentencing judge noted zero remorse and a man who thought he was invincible. One victim woke at 4 a.m. with a knife at her throat and her child in the next room. She says a piece of her died that day and she believes he will rape again if he walks.
A state investigation found he should never have been parole-eligible. A Northam-era board opened the door anyway. Abigail Spanberger then cleared Glenn Youngkin’s board and seated her own: Shannon Dion, Valerie Boykin, Kecia Brothers Hayes, Tyrone Nelson, and Kevin White.
That board has been granting parole at roughly ten times Youngkin’s rate, including men still carrying decades on rape and attempted-murder sentences. Now McGaha’s file is in front of them.
This is not a glitch. Spanberger fired the board that kept predators in and hired the one that lets them out. Every woman in Hampton Roads who locks her door at night is living with a decision she made on purpose. And the voters who put Spanberger in Richmond own it too. You voted in a fraud. A plant to turn your state into a communist organization.
They were warned what a soft-on-crime Democrat does with a parole board. They checked the box anyway. The knife at the throat was the rapist’s. The hearing date is hers. But…the ballot was theirs.
Get out and vote red before the crime is on you!

Between now and November 3rd, Republican messaging needs military-level discipline.
STOP talking about ballrooms, helipads, the Kennedy Center and every other side project that does absolutely NOTHING to win the midterms.
The message must be CLEAR:
• Democrats opened the border. Republicans closed it.
• Democrats created the inflation crisis. Republicans are reversing it.
• Democrats protected criminals. Republicans protect citizens.
• Democrats pushed men into women’s spaces. Republicans stopped it.
• Democrats weakened America. Republicans restored strength.
• Democrats want power back. Republicans must STOP them.
That’s it.
Every Republican official, Cabinet member, candidate and major conservative account should hammer the SAME message every single day:
AFFORDABILITY. BORDER. JOBS. ENERGY. SAFETY. PEACE.
ACKNOWLEDGE the current status and how Americans feel on a day to day basis and EXPLAIN the long term gains based on current policy implementation.
Explain the timeframe it takes. Explain why and how.
No vanity projects. No unnecessary controversies. No fighting among ourselves. No diluted messaging.
Primaries are where you replace weak Republicans.
Midterms are where you STOP Democrats from taking power.
FOCUS - or lose everything on November 3rd.
If only I was American and had access to the PR team.. Unfortunately I will just share my perspectives on X and that's that.

Early voting has started, and some of my family and I were among the first out at the polls last week.
We can talk a big game all day, but in the end, elections are decided by votes. If we want to have a shot at winning this, we need people to get out and vote.
There are 35 days left for early voting and 38 days until Election Day on November 3.
If you support this campaign, now is the time to make your voice heard.
Get out and vote!

I clocked in last week and the waiting room was the same horror movie it’s been for years. Entire families of Spanish speakers. The addict screaming that he needs to be seen NOW. A regular who comes in for the same abscess because he lives in a car behind a liquor store and nobody is going to follow up.
Then I went home after 14 hours and watched the people on here argue about whether voting is beneath them and trying to convince people to sit this one out.
I don’t care if you’re mad at Thune, mad at RINOs, mad that 3/4 of the agenda we voted for didn’t land.
I work in a southern California ER. I already know what the Democrat’s version of “healthcare” and “compassion” looks like at 2 a.m.
Stay home in November and tell me later you didn’t vote for this. I will still be the one holding the bag. You’ll just get a better view of what I’ve already witnessed.
What would actually get you to the polls besides another AI meme that says “vote”?

I think many people just genuinely don’t understand what’s really at stake right now.
If the Democrats gain control of the House, the Senate, and the White House, here’s what they will do:
They will nuke the Senate filibuster rule, dropping the vote threshold from 60 votes down to 50 votes.
They will reopen our southern border and grant a pathway to citizenship for 50 million illegal aliens, allowing all of them to legally vote in our elections.
They will pack the Supreme Court with an extra 12 far-left justices, increasing the number of justices from 9 to 21.
They will abolish the Electoral College, leveraging these 50 million brand-new American citizens to win the popular vote in perpetuity.
They will make states out of Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands – packing the Senate with an extra 12 far-left senators and the House with an extra ~20 far-left representatives.
After having done all of this, the Democrats will have established permanent ownership of the United States, and the Republic will effectively be dead.
And it’s worth noting that none of this falls within the realm of speculation. No, the nation’s top Democrats are actively campaigning on doing these things.
What’s more, they attempted to do all of this in January 2022 and came within two votes in the Senate, with two Democratic senators (Manchin and Sinema) refusing to go along with the plan.
Manchin and Sinema have both been purged from the Democratic Party as a consequence.
Long story short, the modern Democratic Party poses an existential threat to this nation, and zero ground should be given to them.
They must be thoroughly defeated at the ballot box every single time.
