I want to address something, and I hope this can be understood without anyone taking it personally. This isn't about disliking any member or questioning anyone's talent. It's about fairness, individual effort, and giving credit where it's due. JL's song covers were his own initiative. He wasn't following a promotional campaign or carrying out some carefully planned strategy to attract attention to AHOF. He was simply doing what he loves, sharing his talent, exploring music, and enjoying himself. The attention that followed was something he earned organically. And yes, that attention has undoubtedly helped bring more eyes to AHOF. That's already a contribution worth acknowledging. But here's my question: Why does JL's individual moment to shine immediately have to become an opportunity for everyone else? Why is it that when one member creates something successful through his own initiative, the conversation suddenly shifts toward how that success can be used to promote the others? There's nothing wrong with collaboration. There's nothing wrong with wanting all nine members to succeed. But collaboration should be an opportunity, not an expectation placed on the person who's already doing the work. JL is not AHOF's promotional department. He is one of its artists. He shouldn't have to turn every personal project, every viral cover, or every moment of individual recognition into a platform for introducing the other members. And let's be clear about something else: Every member has the same right to take initiative, explore their creativity, and find ways to connect with an audience. They have their own talents, personalities, and strengths. They deserve opportunities to showcase them, but building individual recognition also requires initiative and effort. The company has a responsibility to provide those opportunities, and each artist has a role in making the most of them. It shouldn't always fall on the member who's already attracting attention to create that visibility for everyone else. Supporting AHOF doesn't mean JL must constantly share the spotlight he earned. And supporting JL's individual achievements doesn't mean wishing less success for the other eight members. A group's success should be built through the collective efforts of its members and the support of its management, not through an unspoken expectation that whoever shines brightest must carry everyone else along. Let JL enjoy what he has created. Let the others find and develop their own opportunities, too. And when they genuinely want to collaborate, celebrate that collaboration for what it is. No hard feelings toward anyone. I want all nine members to succeed. But fairness should work both ways. JL has already helped open the door. It shouldn't be his responsibility to walk everyone else through it.
