Don’t be ridiculous
Aston Villa will initiate legal action against Jamie Carragher for his unacceptable insults about the Club and its fans. Aston Villa will not allow anyone to stop our ascension in English and European football. Nassef Sawiris, Chairman

The FA had a duty of care towards Max. What was his crime? Mildly reacting to a dangerous challenge. Instead of protecting a 16 yr old, you chose to suspend him and promote violent conduct. Thankfully Max didnt suffer a serious injury because apparently thats what it takes.

Man that was so late, how was this not punished?
This coward rat has been part of a cheating culture his whole career. Disgusting human being. Have you ever seen Ødegaard like this? 😡 nitter.cf/_Dilsinho/status/21043…

I can’t comprehend how someone can physically throw someone this far with this technique
Chelsea players need more gym time. If that fails… give them fufu and eba. Especially Baco.

Although this isn’t what most people say, this would actually be the most sensible logic to use to differentiate them going forward in football! 👏 Full volley: no bounce, ball dropping Volley: bounce, ball dropping Half volley: bounce, ball rising
Full volley Volley Half volley This is a volley. Any other answer 0 ball knowledge…

The sudden barrage of mainstream fearmongering about AI is beginning to feel like a narrative being planted in advance. We are now being told, repeatedly and from every direction, that AI could escape human control, access nuclear systems, destroy infrastructure and potentially bring about the end of humanity. Of course, allowing any automated system access to nuclear weapons or critical infrastructure would be catastrophically irresponsible, but AI does not simply wander into these systems by itself. Human beings design the access, remove the safeguards and issue the permissions. So what if this relentless messaging is not merely a warning, but the construction of plausible deniability? If something truly horrific were deliberately carried out in the future, a cyberattack, a financial collapse, a military escalation, a communications blackout or even something involving nuclear systems, the explanation has already been prepared for us: “AI did it. It escaped. Nobody could have predicted or controlled it.” How convenient. Whenever the mainstream media suddenly begins repeating the same terrifying message in unison, we should pay close attention. They may be conditioning the public to accept AI as the perfect future scapegoat, an invisible and seemingly uncontrollable force upon which almost anything could be blamed. AI may present genuine dangers, but the greatest danger remains what it has always been: the people who control the technology, the systems it is connected to and the narrative we are expected to believe afterwards.

The gyokeres I watched in sporting isn’t the one that wrestles with defenders , he isn’t the one that does many hold up and link up plays , and that’s why he struggled when he got to Arsenal at first , luckily it later worked out , but that zeal and enthusiasm isn’t there anymore

I urge everyone to read this. Absolute insanity
The FA have recently banned me from all of football for the rest of my life. I was a referee. A player for 33 years. I got struck off as a doctor for writing five letters supporting patients right to bodily autonomy to refuse the Covid jab. I had rows with high profile doctors claiming jabs were safe and effective in children and pregnant women. This was called harassment. No one exhibited the letters as evidence. No one knew which country, date or content of letters. No harm resulted. I was ‘proven to have breached rules and international policy’ that no one can cite. No patient or clinical issues of harm or negligence the panel stating what an exemplary doctor I was. Then struck me off. This has since led to my inclusion on the vulnerable adults and children barred list naming me for life from working or volunteering in these groups. An egregious punitive sanction. I have not harmed anyone, no child safeguarding incident or concern. No crime. No conviction. No mention of the word child. Because breaking the uncitable rule was so bad as I allowed my ideas and opinion to over rule a ‘policy’ IF it were a child safeguarding policy I MAY ignore and it COULD bring a child to harm. This has since led to an initial 6 month total football suspension even citing I couldn’t play or take neighbours kids to training which as you will know isn’t a regulated activity requiring DBS. I’ve never had a point on my licence, a detention at school, a yellow card, complaint as a player or referee. Not one aspect is football or child related. They cite my DBS listing as meaning it’s proportionate to ban me for life from all football related activities. I can not find another referee who has had such a draconian sanction. Total football bans are for match fixing scandals, serious crime and child sex offences. Why have I been banned? Unprecedented Orwellian dystopia. Just raising awareness. This was ignored. ukmedfreedom.org/open-letter…

Never seen so many people gather to slander a player. We know what we saw. He was not that bad at all 👏
Same pundits that called him a flop are the same pundits that are praising players like Doku for having 11 PL goals in 3yrs

Different now is it?
Martinez has to go defend the man nearest the goal whether he believes he’s offside or not. In split seconds, you make the decision. He goes to defend Fernandez - who then attempts to play the ball. Deluded from VAR! Regardless - Utd never created enough chances once City went to 10 men.

Our success came from everyone knowing the soul of the club which was our most powerful attribute, you cant lose that
This man needs to be in the building. The energy and leadership alone would be amazing. He can teach new players about the history of this club.

I’m in disbelief, what are we doing?? Results haven’t been great but we’ve given him the entire window, signed a top striker and then sacked him Just feels very rash and doesn’t make any sense Very interesting to see who we now bring in
Wycombe Wanderers have parted company with Head Coach Michael Duff and First-Team Coach Alex Morris. The club has made the decision in light of a disappointing run of results since the spring and believes the time is right to take a new direction. Everyone at the club would like to thank Michael and Alex for their hard work and contributions to Wycombe Wanderers and wish them every success for the future. The appointment of an interim Head Coach will follow later today.
