I’ve shared parts of my journey with Crohn’s disease before, but what’s been tough is opening up while I’ve been struggling but I’m glad. It’s been nice to look back and remember the many positives along the way — even when I’m not feeling in top form 💜

So sad to hear the news about the death of Ricky Hatton. A very kind and thoughtful man who was very supportive to me in the early days of my fund and awareness raising. Life is precious so be kind to others. Thoughts are with Ricky’s family and friends at this difficult time ❤️
