Very sad about the passing of Mike Kattan. He was a terrific human being, valued colleague, and a beloved chair. Im still in shock over the sudden loss of my friend. Deep condolences to his family and all those who knew him and were the better for it.

@AmericanAir shut the door on us while toddlers in the bathroom, rescheduled our flight for the next day, now we’re sitting at the gate holding the plane for a group that’s>30 minutes late… is there a good airline left?

The rule is “door closes 15 min before flight.” Toddlers got to plane at 14 min, we’re told NO WAY can we get on, rebook 24 hours, and the next plane holds the door for 30 min AFTER flight time for a group of able bodied adults… @AmericanAir where is the logic?
