I wonder if Google sharing ad revenue based on how often you show up in AI Overviews is the path forward. It might incentivize people to keep producing content, but also keeps AI Overviews around, which are honestly an upgrade when you're searching for something. I find myself using AI mode most of the time nowadays.

PostHog's new UI is great for marketing but terrible for daily doc/guide usage. Hard to navigate, link, and tab between resources during client work. Love their approach but they've overlooked power user needs here.
