Roblox's ass moderation makes it impossible for developers to develop games.
Roblox banned me for 7 days just because i imported a building texture, and yet they say "lack of viral games" is the reason they lose revenue. All developers haev lost hope as you need 100K to publish.

so an 8 year old cannot be legally binded by a contract or terms of service. so unless the parental figure was the one who accepted the terms then roblox has no defense.

This is actually real, and here is the ridiculous part: Roblox is actively promoting them with an ad.
Instead of doing this, Roblox should have hired the developer's
team, paid them to create an epic Egg Hunt game, and made the eggs free as an official Roblox event.
But no, Roblox just wants to squeeze more money out of the players. Roblox, you really should have hired those developers instead of chasing profits with bad updates. I rest my case. 😑
