Monster maulers sent from an arcade projects forum member. Maskrom 32Y and 29Y tested bad in the board. I verified on a programmer and they tested good, burnt some replacements and same deal on the pcb. Anyways I checked all connections and they checked out.

cobbed together a better-cheat-detection heuristic tonight on FC2 after @liquidmetalx brought up autofire detection.
This was the result of only one match being scanned after getting tipped off by some other goated players on where to look first (😬).

Actually any super or move can hit Charlie out of that block state in the air. It’s a fake block. Not sure why it does that. Once the other character gets hit and if Charlie is in the air he goes into this fake floating block
