A poche settimane dalle elezioni che potrebbero decidere il futuro politico di Netanyahu, arriva nei cinema italiani THE BIBI FILES, l’esplosivo Documentario, vietato in Israele, diretto da Alexis Bloom e prodotto dal premio Oscar Alex Gibney.
Al centro del film ci sono immagini straordinarie e mai viste prima: le registrazioni degli interrogatori della polizia israeliana a Benjamin Netanyahu, alla moglie Sara, al figlio Yair, ai suoi collaboratori e ad alcuni dei più potenti uomini d’affari del Paese, realizzate nell’ambito delle indagini per corruzione che hanno portato all’incriminazione del Primo Ministro israeliano.
Parliamo di un documentario del 2024, ripubblicato anche da Tucker Carlson. Si basa su oltre mille ore di interrogatori segreti della polizia israeliana.
Il film mostra come il premier usi i conflitti a Gaza, Libano e Iran per restare al potere e sfuggire ai processi. Tra le rivelazioni più pesanti: Netanyahu avrebbe fatto arrivare fino a 35 milioni di dollari al mese dal Qatar ad Hamas per tenere Gaza divisa.
In Israele il documentario è stato bloccato in tribunale da Netanyahu per motivi di privacy.
