I bought this yesterday before 9pm and it not only did it qualify for next day delivery, it was meant to arrive by 1pm today. It’s now saying tomorrow and your chatbot doesn’t give me an option to complain or speak to someone.

Hi @virginmedia my contract, as you keep telling me, if up for renewal - except I can’t find the date my contract ends - and when I try and download it, it’s in a format that can’t be opened. Just another reason why I can’t wait to leave and switch suppliers.

So @ReconNews I’m confused. I had a new card issued because of fraud. But you send two emails within an hour of each other. One saying I have 3 days to update payment. Another saying my subscription is cancelled (3 days what?) but also saying it ends in May 2026. WTAF?
Will you ever build an app that works @British_Airways? I also see that the booking page still takes you out of the app to make a booking, rendering the entire app pretty useless. All your competitors have perfectly good IT systems, I don’t understand why you don’t.

Hi @vodafoneuk do you have any intention of responding? It’s now gone 10pm. DPD customer services closed at 6.30pm so can’t give me an update. Meanwhile for the second day in a row I’ve had to sit around waiting - having cancelled or rearranged plans.
