pro tip for anyone editing in davinci. Ripple Silence Delete removes all the dead air by deleting audio that doesn't hit the threshold (like a gate but its deleting it instead of muting it) Select your clip > Clip > Audio Operations > Ripple Delete > Adjust for your clip
