this guy absolutely nails it!
This Trump portrait just sold for $1,800 at the Sooke Arts Show on Vancouver Island.
The painting was created by Canadian artist Wendy Chartrand using horse manure and water.
hahahahahahahaha!

I wanted to use Trump's threat to levy 50% tariffs on Canada to discuss the behavioral reasons why I believe Trump is so fixated on tariffs.
Two cornerstone objectives for Trump, especially now that he's playing out his final chapter on Earth, are greed and grandiosity. These two things, which interrelate, permeate everything he craves. He is a giant id. He wants awards, he wants things named after him, he wants $10B here and billions more there, and all of that is but a subset of what he really wants: The knowledge and belief that he can do whatever the f*ck he wants.
The legacy media always tries to understand Trump's stubborn fixations by normalizing him and asking: "What's he thinking?"
Allow me: Trump doesn't think; he feels. He craves.
And he likes how tariffs make him feel, because he can be a bully, impose his will, make and remove threats, and cause countries to do his bidding and pay him tribute arbitrarily. THEY FUEL HIS GRANDIOSITY.
How much more American consumers, businesses, and importers pay, is immaterial. None of that matters to Trump. People don't matter. America doesn't matter.
Bullying, imposing his will, being the center of attention, and threatening others, is the essence of what a malignant narcissist does.
It's like America didn't even elect a person.
It elected a pathology.
At this point, if you're still a committed Trump supporter, you are irredeemably...
• gullible
• misinformed
• amoral
• stupid
• all of the above
'Murica has lost its fucking mind!
🟥 Like ... why not leave Canada alone, bozos? 🤷🏻♂️
🔳 TUCKER CARLSON: “Going forward, as Americas influence RECEDES, what happens in Canada matters more than anything else. Maybe we should thing about that. Maybe we should try to exert some influence on Canada ... by force if necessary.
You can certainly make a REGIME CHANGE argument about Canada...”
no lies detected
It is difficult to imagine any US leader who could cause more harm to US foreign policy than Trump:
1. Since he lies all the time, he has wasted all US credibility.
2. Since he pursues trade wars against all purported allies, he is in war with all allies.
3. Since he has started a madcap war against Iran without asking anybody but Israel, he has caused many allies to be attacked for no cause of their own.
Conclusions:
1. The US is unable to be an ally of anybody as long as Trump remains US president.
2. Thus, all US "alliances" have lost content.
3. All countries with US bases need to reconsider:
Aren't these bases a reason for attack on us, while offering no defense or even consultation.
4. Trump has destroyed the whole US security architecture of the last 80 years out of either stupidity or treason. The cost to the US will be horrendous.
oh no, sir
rule it out
PM Chretien had the guts to say no to Washington on Iraq II
Trump doesn't bother to justify this war to his own people, FFS
no Canadian blood should be shed on this boondoggle
NEW: Prime Minister Mark Carney says that he will not “rule out” Canada joining the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran.

President Trump’s post threatening to block the opening of a major new US-Canada bridge was filled with important omissions and misleading claims.
- Trump professed astonishment that the Canadian government would expect him to support the project. He didn’t mention that he explicitly endorsed the project in a 2017 joint statement with then-PM Trudeau, calling it a “vital economic link” and saying he looked forward to its quick completion.
- Trump, complaining about Canada, said “we should own, perhaps, at least one half of this asset.” But the state of Michigan already owns half of the bridge.
- Trump said, “I will not allow this bridge to open until the United States is fully compensated for everything we have given them.” But Canada paid for the entire bridge construction.
- Trump complained about a Buy American waiver Obama granted the project, then claimed the waiver let Canada “not use any American products, including our Steel.” But the waiver actually allowed Canadian and US steel to be treated equally in consideration for the project, and numerous Canadian officials and Republican former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder say some American steel was indeed used. (Also worth noting the Obama administration said it was granting the waiver out of a “basic notion of fairness” because the project was a “unique circumstance…under which Canada is assuming all financial liability and risk for the construction.”)
