हर RWA/AOA में आपसी विवाद रोजाना सामने आ रहें हैं।
प्राधिकरण क्यों नहीं एक समान बाय लॉज / चुनाव प्रक्रिया हर RWA का बना दे और स्वयं की देखरेख में चुनाव करवाये।
ऐसे कई नियम अन्य भी बने जा सकते है जिससे रोज़ाना के ये विवाद ख़त्म हो अन्यथा किसी दिन ये एक बड़ा रूप लेना शुरू करेगा।

DM के आदेश पर SIR के नाम पर अध्यापक विद्यालय नहीं आ रहे। इस तरह की शिक्षा व्यवस्था कब तक रहेगी?

Daily jam on the Pari Chauk Greater Noida crossing there is a road blocked by police on a daily basis. It opens for police favourite vehicles only. When I asked the on duty police for a reason, they told orders from their officers.

For the last two days the Police closed the road in the evening and due to a lot of traffic, road jams on other roads.
Please help and ask traffic police to do their duty honestly.

किसान उपकर वर्ष 2002 से 09 तक अधिग्रहण हुई जमीन के किसानों को मिलना था। प्राधिकरण ने 1995 में जमीन का अधिग्रहण कर 97 तक किसानों को मुआवजा दे दिया। अब किसान उपकर 3.93 करोड़ देने के लिए बिल्डर को नोटिस मिला। बिल्डर ने मौका देख 16 करोड़ से अधिक की वसूली का फॉर्मूला तैयार कर लिया।

बिल्डरों से लोग परेशान हुए तो छोटे छोटे तमाम कॉलोनाइजर पैदा हो गए। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 100 गज के प्लॉट पर भी बहुमंजिला इमारत बनाकर फ्लैट बनाकर बेचे गए। तुरंत रजिस्ट्री भी हुईं। खरीदारों का भरोसा और पुख्ता हो गया। असल में खरीदार यहां भी बुरी तरह फंस सकते हैं।

#नोएडा बिल्डर ऐसा भी कर सकते हैं।
किसान की जमीन प्राधिकरण ने अधिग्रहण कर बिल्डर को दी। किसान को प्राधिकरण से मुआवजा मिलना था। प्राधिकरण का बिल्डर पर बकाया है जिसकी वसूली नहीं हो रही। बिल्डर किसान का मुआवजा देने के नाम पर जिन फ्लैटों की रजिस्ट्री नहीं हुई है उनसे पैसे मांग रहा है।

Amaltas road next to Depot Station Greater Noida converted to dump yard. Pl intervene. Rather than constructing well carpeted road it is converted to a dumpyard. Tender pending from the last 2 years.

डीटीसी की बसें 15 मिनट बाद मिलती हैं। ऑटो ई रिक्शा मेट्रो स्टेशन के बाहर से ही मिल जाते हैं। रूट पर हर 10 मिनट में 35-40 सवारियां भी हैं। सेक्टर 16 मेट्रो स्टेशन से सेक्टर 12/22, 56 की और जाने वाले रोड पर पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट का हाल।
