Karnataka’s Food Safety and Drug Administration Department inspected 45 packaged drinking water units across the state, collecting 32 samples for laboratory testing.
Officials found hygiene violations, missing FSSAI licences and staff medical certificates & labelling defects.
Notices were issued to 24 units. Misbranded water was seized in Mysuru and Davanagere, while a unit in Mulbagal, Kolar district, was shut down.
Legal action will follow against violators. Consumers should check FSSAI licence, ISI mark, manufacturing date & seal before buying packaged water. @DHFWKA

Absolutely agree on this,these gadgets don’t do any work for you, they provide data which you can convert to actionable insights what can work for you to motivate yourself or chase a Metric you want to improve. Apple Watch/Whoop is different for everyone based on how they use it

Clowns who don’t understand obesity or the struggle to stay consistent will keep calling these things “gimmicks.” Let them. If something pushes you to move a little more, a little more often, it has value.

Banks have clearly shown a path, charge for a feature like UPI similar to Debit card. Now just the amount of cash transactions and cost to print and replace currency itself would start out weighing this benefit.
Like many other decisions of this Government, the intent is good but execution is poor without a clear explanation, I know clarification is going to come and some roll backs will happen but why be arrogant in implementing things such as this which is revolutionary #UPI
@Swiggy now charges 18 rs platform fee, restaurants charge about 10-15% as packaging charges to counter swiggy commissions.. so essentially we have started paying 30-40% over the food or beverage for convenience..Cloud kitchens please open your stores for takeaways!
