in October 2017, I got to see Eric Bauza in my first panel ever. I was only 11 years old. It was impossible not to admire him, not only for his legendary vocal range but also his vibrant personality. Mr. Bauza, you will always be one of my favorites💔sending love to his family

He’s genuinely broken up about it, you can hear it in his voice, I feel so upset for Dan for feeling such pain, and I’m also sad that we lost one of the best people in the industry, he clearly had so much talent that can never be replaced…RIP Eric Bauza

I know we have had a lot of beloved celebrities pass away this year but Eric Bauza’s death seems especially unfair. He was only 46 and practically in the prime of his career, and his voiceover work has been instrumental in keeping the Looney Tunes beloved in our modern day…

if I recall correctly, this film was made in part to counter tim burtons racist statement of black people not fitting his "aesthetic" which is such a baller move honestly. this movie looks beautiful and kat herself oozes charm
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Tim Burton did not say Black people don't fit his aesthetic. In 2016 he said diversity should fit the story, citing Brady Bunch tokenism. Wendell & Wild development started 2015; Peele wanted a Black lead for kids like him to see themselves.
