How design ruined my life. Irritation by a thousand cuts.

Not every meaningful association has to be long.
My stint with Urban Company in 2019 was short, but memorable. What stood out immediately was the seriousness with which they thought about both sides of the marketplace: customers and partners.
The level of craft, rigour, and hunger to do right by the user was rare. Honestly, among the best I’ve seen.
Thanks, Raghav Chandra. Glad I could step in when it mattered.
With @DezervHQ, I’ve had the chance to contribute from the early days whenever the team felt I could add value.
What I’ve always appreciated is their openness. The strongest teams are not defensive. They listen, adapt, and keep refining. Dezerv has had that quality from the start.
Grateful to @sandeepjethwani for the generous words.
My time with @StableMoney_ has been especially meaningful because I’ve seen the journey across stages.
I still remember the early version that first went to market. Since then, both the product and the team have evolved a lot. What has remained consistent is their care for clarity, trust, and how the story lands with users.
Thank you, @saurabhjain1099. Wishing the team an even stronger next chapter.
At Jodo, my role spanned a few different layers: helping with the initial product launch, sharpening how the offering was positioned on the website, interviewing designers, and mentoring the internal team.
That mix matters to me. The work is rarely just interface. It is often product, story, team, and craft moving together.

With @oolka_ai, I’ve been around since day zero as Design Advisor.
In the early days, that meant shaping the first version of the app from scratch. Since then, I’ve continued to support new initiatives across product, growth, and retention.
What made the journey special was the trust. @youkaey gave me real room to contribute. Small team. Sharp people. Big ambition.
Some collaborations are built on long context.
Manish Singh is genuinely like a brother from another mother. I’ve worked with him at @Olacabs, and again at @blackbuck Limited, and every time it’s been deeply engaging.
What makes working with Manish special is his curiosity. He pushes hard, asks sharp questions, and never assumes he already has the answer. That makes every conversation better.
With @GreyLabsAI, I got involved early to help shape product direction and raise design judgement across both product and design through hands-on mentorship.
What stood out was the ambition. I’m at my best with founders who genuinely want to raise the bar across every function, including design. That energy spreads fast.
Thank you, @harshitaiitk and @amangoeliitb, for the trust.
