The news is interesting & the graph is a wee bit misleading :)
1. Search rev. grew YoY & remained flat QoQ
2. Search as a % of total rev dipped (also total revenue grew because of ai)
3. The y-axis should be set to 0 (the graphs would look something like these & less dramatic)

a few months back we entirely migrated the runtime engine of every connector app at Atlan. all apps that pull in all the metadata across all the customers we have.
all this happened while customers were running these apps daily (sometimes hourly). it was risky, but we ended up with 2.5x->5x faster runs. why? time spent in orchestration reduced significantly.
that's when i learned that the new job is making architectural decisions, not to obsess over the syntax and writing code faster.

I'd rather have an AI agent that's always wrong than one that's right 97% of the time.
Half joking. An agent that fails the same way every run, you can fix. The 97% one can't run a business process, because you never know which 3% a customer will see.
