How its going vs How it started 🤩
HUGE congratulations to our student lead @JosiahHyacinth who has graduated today with a @DMUBAL degree.
Amongst the team he led, Josiah has been pivotal to our project success. Watch out! He’s a force to reckoned with

It is quite astounding that the Sabina Nessa murder is not dominating the news. Yes, there has been an arrest, and so there are significant reporting restrictions in place, but the conversations about violence against women, and the stories about her life are sadly lacking.
It was such a privilege to have been part of the @LFL_DMU team and facilitate such a fantastic conference
Looking forward to the toolkit launch at Leicester Business Festival👏🏽
"Being at the #makediversityyourbusiness conference and actually being able to find out what jobs appeal to these students.. & what they have to overcome to stand out has been a brilliant and unique learning experience" ~ @LeicsPCC 1m:14s ⏭️▶️

Leicester will continue to celebrate its diversity, heritage and culture in spite of some of the disgusting things said since the #leicesterlockdown announcement. Small minded keyboard warriers should take this time to educate themselves instead of posting outright racism.

Please stay at home if and when you can now. Children tell your parents, parents tell your children. The time has come to take responsibility for other people and for the NHS, which will be overwhelmed if you keep going out. Peace and health to one and all.
