According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the International Criminal Court (ICC) officials had already been convicted in absentia in Russia last year—on charges including the "criminal prosecution of a clearly innocent person," "unlawful arrest," and "threatening an attack on persons enjoying international protection." The court in The Hague has been waiting for Putin (along with his accomplice Maria Lvova-Belova) for three years now to hold him accountable for the abduction of Ukrainian children.

🚨🇺🇦🇷🇺 Ukraine’s Lima electronic warfare system reportedly diverted two Russian Iskander ballistic missiles away from a government facility in Kyiv and into the Dnipro River last night, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The missiles were traveling at hypersonic speeds when electronic interference allegedly disrupted their navigation and caused them to veer away from the intended target before falling into the river. Around the same time, residents in Kyiv reportedly saw their phones’ navigation systems incorrectly showing their location as Peru, another apparent effect of widespread electronic interference.
🔥 If accurately described, the incident highlights an increasingly important layer of Ukraine’s missile defense: disrupting the guidance of incoming weapons electronically rather than relying solely on interceptor missiles. Successfully diverting ballistic missiles would be particularly significant given the difficulty and cost of intercepting such high-speed threats.

The Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya was murdered on October 7th, Putin’s birthday, 20 years ago.
It’s widely believed that her murder was a birthday gift that he gave to himself.
