Stoked for Heywood & Portland young gun Jamaine Jones who will make his AFL debut with @GeelongCats this weekend! Since he started as a young teen in the @swdfnl it was obvious he would one day make it! 👏🏽

Breaking: Jeremy Ellis has informed Allansford he is leaving the club to return home to the Heywood Lions for the remainder of the 2018 @swdfnl season. Big blow for the Cats, but massive coup for Heywood with Ellis being the club's runner-up best and fairest last year.

Big day for Dartmoor today as it unfurled the 2017 @swdfnl premiership flag. 🏆🚩 But unfortunately the Giants couldn’t get the win in the Grand Final re-match against Heywood.

Former @CollingwoodFC forward & Heathmere star recruit Leon Davis is set to face court after being caught almost three times over the legal limit in Heywood. Not only did Davis blow 0.128, he was driving on a suspended WA licence. Big question mark over his future in @swdfnl – at Hamilton, Victoria
