Built on MiniMax H3, @Creatify_Labs' Boreal-H3 is a video model optimized for advertising, keeping products and characters consistent while following creative briefs more accurately.
Excited to see MiniMax H3 serve as the foundation for more frontier models tailored to specific industries! ✨
Introducing Boreal-H3 — a video model built for ads and our next step toward recursive self-improvement in video generation.
A good-looking video isn’t enough. The product has to stay the same. The actor has to stay the same. The label has to be right. And the action in the brief actually has to happen.
So we post-trained MiniMax H3 specifically for advertising.
But this isn’t a one-off SFT or LoRA fine-tune. We built a closed-loop system that learns what to improve next.
Human-calibrated evaluation diagnoses failures and guides the next intervention: targeted data collection, reinforcement learning, or inference optimization. When the feedback is unreliable, we revise the evaluator or reward—not just the generator.
Every experiment feeds into shared memory, informing the next training decision. The model improves, and so does the process that produces its successor.
The results:
→ 85.3% reference fidelity — highest among the frontier video generation models we evaluated
→ Brief success: 28% → 50%
→ Identity match: 83% → 94%
→ Visible defects per clip: down 70%
→ Generation time and estimated cost: down 20%
Boreal-H3 doesn’t just make better-looking video. It makes more usable ads.
Credit to the @MiniMax_AI team for the foundation we’re building on.
This launch is a checkpoint, not the finish line. We’re building more than a better video model. We’re building a system that learns how to make the next one better.

This pricing change is pretty rough. The old $200 Pro plan gave 20× usage. Now $200 gets 10×, while $500 gets 25×. Same price, half the usage, and you have to spend 2.5× more to get only 25% more usage than the old plan. The graph says it all.
🤖 Made with AI
I think every time AI can do something equally good or better than humans it stops being valuable or special
Marketing videos used to take lots of work of editing and motion graphics and a big budget
Now with Opus 5.5 etc it costs $0 to make one as good or better
That means ANYONE can make a marketing video now, so the timeline gets flooded with these videos (as you see happening now) and people stop caring about them, stop watching them and they stop grabbing attention
The response then to still grab attention is be different and that probably means IRL marketing videos that are original and unique and maybe personal
It's the grim reaper meme where AI keeps commoditizing another media format and bringing the cost down to close to $0
It already did so for graphic design (2023), last year with Nano Banana for photography (2025), this year with Seedance 2.5 it did it for video (2026) and this and next year motion graphics

Base UI has gone from 0 → 17M weekly downloads in ~21 months. Last week we overtook radix-ui. It's now the #1 UI library.

opus 5.5 = personality of opus 4.6 that we all *desperately* wanted back + the intelligence & taste of fable 5.1.
and a 25% usage bump!
i honestly don’t really see a reason to use another model right now?
s-tier release.

GPT models are so cost efficient that it doesn't really make sense to use anything else ever.
Unless you need to do something that has a UI. Then you are definitely going to need at least Opus.
Why is frontend so hard for models?
Sebastian Werner retweeted
Been pushing Opus 5.5 hard all day and it's barely making a dent on my usage limits. Impressive!
the right way to use model capabilities is not to ship 10x more features to prod
it's to spend more time understanding your users, trying experiments, building prototypes, learning about things you don't understand so that you can ship things that actually work

ChatGPT's banked reset moves your weekly reset date, Claude's doesn't.
With ChatGPT's banked reset, your limits refill, but your next reset gets pushed a full week from the day you use it.
So if your normal reset was coming tomorrow, you now wait 7 more days.
With Claude's new reset, your weekly reset day stays exactly the same. You get extra usage now and still get your normal reset on time.
Claude's reset only refills one limit instead of both, but that feels like a fair deal when your schedule doesn't change.
OpenAI calls its banked reset a gift, but Claude is the one actually treating it like one.

GPT-6 Luna is half the price of 5.6 Luna, which was already an astonishingly cheap model given how capable it is
Luna is my favorite model for building product features thanks to its cost (and speed)
Please welcome GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to the GPT-6 universe.
GPT-6 Sol and Luna build on the advances behind GPT-6 Astra, bringing much of its strengths into faster and more affordable models to support work at scale.
We’ve also made caching and inference more efficient, and we’re passing the savings directly to you: 50% lower API prices for Sol and Luna compared with GPT‑5.6 promotional pricing.

really started questioning if I want to move back to Germany at all
it would great for family (my son being close to grandparents again etc) but everything else just keeps on telling me i'm not really welcome as an entrepreneur
the latest berlin election is another sign that people just haven't learned anything from the past
we need innovation and growth but all signs point in the other direction
it feels like the economy needs to get so bad that people literary feel poor again but this could take some time
it makes me very sad, this is my home country, my native language and i still feel deeply connected to it
I want my kids to have grandparents around
but it also makes me so angry to see a country just butcher it's economy
I want to feel valued in a society by contributing as an entrepreneur
it's entrepreneurs who create jobs, who create change, who drive countries foward
but it really is a mind virus that most Germans have lost their appreciation for this and only want the Nanny State to become bigger
it will just lead to more entrepreneurs and companies leaving to more pro business countries
global mobility has never been easier
it's all so tiresome really

Horror 🙈🙈🙈🙈
Pro Jahr werden 400 Filme in Deutschland gedreht.
Wissen Sie, warum Sie keinen einzigen davon kennen?
